UPDATE 3/1/21: After remote working for over a year now, I would usually sprain my elbow and wrist due to my poor ergonomic... desk/keyboard position. I changed their positioning many ways with no substantial relief. However, one morning I noticed that myelbow/wrist pain went from noticeable to practically gone. I had not changed anything but drink some of the Healthy Bar'smorning juices that were tailored to my needs. It was truly shocking and amazing that my elbow/wrist inflammation were remediedby these powerful juices!! In order to kickstart my health this year after a not-so-good one in 2020, I finally decided totryout the Healthy Bar 3 day juice cleanse. I've heard great things from my friends and wanted to try it out. I began bydescribing my health goals with the staff and they were able to tailor specially designed juices that meet those goals. Healthy Bar has the best fruit and yogurt smoothies, protein shakes, energizing and cleansing shots of concentrated kale,... wheatgrass, ginger, not to mention pre and post workout shots and total body cleansing programs. The manager is incrediblyknowledgeable. For example, I had a severe acid reflux problem and she recommended that I try the ginger shots and it hasgreatly helped me with my reflux problem. I tried to get a juice here and it did NOT go well. I asked the lady behind the counter if there was a juice she recommended... based on a particular effect I wanted (anti inflammatory) and she went completely insane. First she asked me to come sit downand talk with her. I said no, I just want one single juice to-go. She sent someone else to go make my juice and asked how muchmoney I was willing to spend. When I was hesitant, she gave me her card and said I needed to call her later. She said she neededto give me shots that would ?make me go to the bathroom.? I told her again I just wanted one juice. She reached under thecounter and grabbed several cartons of juice. She started aggressively telling me I needed to do a 3 day detox and bringing upsuccess stories about how much weight her clients have lost. I told her I didn?t want to do a juice cleanse and I don?t want tolose weight - just want ONE JUICE. She lunged across the counter to grab my arm and I jumped back. Since she couldn?t reachme, she leaned across the counter and yelled ?BUT YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT LET ME TELL YOU WHY YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT.? At thatpoint, I walked. I didn?t want a cup of juice badly enough to let a stranger fat shame at top volume in the lobby of an LAFitness. So....go here if you want a stranger to shout you into signing up for an expensive juice cleanse that she?ll overseeover the phone while you tell her about your bathroom habits, I guess?
