Website was easy to use and the order was ready when it said it would be, also the pizza was amazing.
If I could give Negative 5 stars I would! I write to express my EXTREME disappointment with this establishment. The location... that I ordered from was actually located at 11540 Rockville pike ( metro Pike Center) I am a law enforcement employee and mynight was very busy keeping the local community safe. I could not step away from my desk, so I decided to order delivery fromPizza Bolis. I ordered and paid with credit card over the phone, 9 chicken wings and was delivered only 5. The delivery personleft my food on the ground. I called the store to ask why was I only given 5 chicken wings and the employee responded that, thatwas all they had and that they would give me a food credit for my location but would not refund me any money. FYI giving creditto the address of my workplace does me NO justice, as so many people order from there daily. I asked for a manager and theperson said very nastily " I am the manager right now, my dad who is the owner is out of the county and wont be back forweeks!!" I am going to for sure make everyone in my workplace aware of this terrible encounter in hopes that they will avoidordering. Read more
Placed an order for my job at 1130, was told 1220-1230pm for delivery... here it is almost 1pm and I've been on the phone for 10... mins and they haven't picked up yet, it just keeps ringing! Every time I track my order it still says "prep" smh Do yourself afavor and DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Read more
I ordered take out and was greeted by a very friendly individual. The food was okay at best for my liking. The cheese pizza had... a light amount of sauce and cheese was about an average amount. It made me think I was eating cheesy bread instead of a pizza.The Italian sub was good but felt a bit light on the toppings and adding a bit more could go a long way. My favorite part of themeal was the boneless wings, which were pretty tender, but wished they were a bit bigger than the size of a wine cork. Read more
ordered some subs from Pizza Boli's to be delivered, what a major disappointment. On the online ordering they wanted $1.25 to... add lettuce, $1.25 to add tomato, $1.25 if we wanted mayo on the sub and another $1.25 to add ketchup. So to add those 4 thingsthat other locations include on a sub would be an additional $5. You could get 1 add on item at no additional cost like onions,mayo, peppers but anything else was an extra $1.25 per item. So I ordered a cheeseburger sub with onions and the other sub weordered was a cheese steak with peppers, at $12.99 each sub. We didn't add on anything to them at the extra cost per item. Wellthe subs arrive and both were cold. The cheese burger sub had no cheese, a few scattered onions, was dried out and flavorless.(see pic) The cheese steak also had no cheese on it, was also dry and didn't have the peppers requested on it. My advise if yourin the mood for subs avoid Pizza Boli's. Read more

We?ve had their cheesesteaks many times and it was good. But I?m very disappointed today to find out that the cheesesteak I... picked up is instead a cheeselettuce, and the picture speaks for itself. I actually ordered two of them and they both werefilled with lettuce. We are never going back again because this is not a simple error, but pure ignorance. Read more
I attached double cheeseburger picture.they cut it half and make double burger with single burger. It?s funny. I also order... pizza and I said No Sauce but unfortunately third time in a role it came with sauce again. Very bad customer service and veryrude. Read more
