Ordered Chicken ziti pesto from a walk in order. On their menu screen it was 8.99, 9.99....I cant recall now, it was one of... those prices. The employee rang me up and it was $12.99. I asked him what??? Indifferently he said prices on board aren'tupdated. Regardless, I just paid it and left a tip, so $16ish is what I paid. Got it home and it was AWFUL. Dry,undercooked....nasty. Today ordered a steak and cheese calzone. When I got home my girlfriend, daughter, and I all had a piece. We quickly noticed the... calzone had onions and peppers. I called the restaurant to confirm the ingredients in a steak and cheese calzone. The woman inthe phone assured me that steak and cheese does not have onions and peppers. She informed me that she couldn't do anythingbecause I ate it. I went to the restaurant to request the correct order and the woman gave me nothing but attitude and neveronce apologized. When asked if I could get a new one she scoffed at me. I come in atleast once a week. I asked the woman to havethe owner call me. Let's see if the owner calls. Just ordered food here and I have to say I am extremely disappointed. Not only did my delivery take 2 full hours, I called a few... times with in that time of waiting and the woman was very rude. I mentioned that I was concerned that the food would be coldupon arrival and she responded with "well call me if it is.. it's not even there yet". Really messed up my order. I specifically stated no tomatoes and lettuce. Both sandwiches had tomatoes and lettuce. No cheese... too. One had cheese and the other didn't...go figure. I asked for them grilled. It was cold. Too bad...nice guys and all thatbut got to pay attention. Not even close here as far as I'm concerned. Read more
I have never experienced such bad customer service as I did at this place. We waited over two hours for our food to be made,... called to check on it several times over the course of an hour and a half, and kept being told they were tracking the driver andit was right around the corner. When I tried cancelling my order and having my money refunded I kept being told they didn?t havethe power to do that. It got to the point that they hung up on me twice, blocked my phone number, causing me to have to go tothe restaurant in person to get my money back. When I got there only one of the four people working was wearing a mask asmandated by the town of Billerica, and it was under his chin at that. After a lot of unnecessary argument they finally cancelledmy order and refunded my money. Needless to say I will never go here nor recommend anyone else go here. We ended up orderingfrom Milano pizza down the street. They were fast, friendly, and the food was delicious. Read more
If you call here and get a guy who speaks broken English count your losses and go somewhere else. When they forgot to make my... order and deliver it I stopped going there for a while. Decided to give them another chance. My wife calls and orders ourfood. Super fish plate was said 4 times while this tool repeats fish plate (they don't have a fish plate). What do I get friedfish and nothing else. Til he is gone I'm done with this place. Read more
I went here for the first time and the food we ordered was excellent. A small sub and pizza shop but big on flavor and size.... This was the best steak tip gyro I have ever had. My boyfriend enjoyed a steak bomb. It was loaded with steak. The menu includedover 20 different salads and 20 different pizzas. Located on Boston Road in North Billerica in the strip mall after the NorthBillerica Post Office. Stop in if you are ever in this area, you won't be disappointed! Read more
