Terrible. Was told they were out of lettuce when I went to order which was no big deal until I got halfway through the line and... realized out of lettuce means out of: lettuce, guacamole, corn, medium salsa, hot salsa, and fajita veggies?. Ended up payingfull price (over $10) for a small portion of rice, small portion of chicken, and a big scoop of tomato on top. Awful. And mylast 6 visits or so haven?t been any better. Went to chipotle in Billerica for a quick meal. Was told at the counter they had no chicken or steak and didn?t know we when... the chicken would be ready and that half the staff was at a meeting. While they were 6 other customers waiting the place wassloppy. Counter where the prepare the food was a mess with prices of food all over it which I thought they would clean it whilethey were not waiting on any customers. We waiting about 20 minutes before we left and the chicken wasn?t done at that time,when one of the girls took her hair out of her ponytail near the food and put it back into a ponytail.
