Terrible. Was told they were out of lettuce when I went to order which was no big deal until I got halfway through the line and... realized out of lettuce means out of: lettuce, guacamole, corn, medium salsa, hot salsa, and fajita veggies?. Ended up payingfull price (over $10) for a small portion of rice, small portion of chicken, and a big scoop of tomato on top. Awful. And mylast 6 visits or so haven?t been any better. Expect a headache here every time you come. This way they can skimp you without looking you in the eye and also charge you for... ingredients that are out of stock in advance so you over pay without a chance of a refund. The worst chipotle in America righthere. Read more
Went to chipotle in Billerica for a quick meal. Was told at the counter they had no chicken or steak and didn?t know we when... the chicken would be ready and that half the staff was at a meeting. While they were 6 other customers waiting the place wassloppy. Counter where the prepare the food was a mess with prices of food all over it which I thought they would clean it whilethey were not waiting on any customers. We waiting about 20 minutes before we left and the chicken wasn?t done at that time,when one of the girls took her hair out of her ponytail near the food and put it back into a ponytail. That did it for me andmy husband and I walked out. It will be a while before I go back there. Read more
Used to be a great place. Shame to see how poorly managed it has become. Ordered from app in parking lot for pick up only to... find my order had been set aside. Only when I asked about the order did they start to put it together, SUBSTITUTING wheat forcorn tortillas. I pointed out the mistake only to be told they ran out of corn taco shells. I explained I can?t do wheat and theattendant said he?d make some corn shells for me. I could hear pans crashing in the back room so I told him a salad was fine. Hesaid for that I?d have to change the order so I settled for 3 tacos minus the the shells. SMH Read more
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER. I just waited more than 45 minutes after I had already ordered 45 minutes prior. I... arrived on time. It took 1.5 hours from ordering to get my food. Do yourself a favor, even if it looks busy it's best to justgo in and order in-person. They will prioritize the in-house ordering line over the backed up web orders. Your food will befresh and not half portioned. Spent good money on a double meat order and it looked like I didn't even receive a normal portionof meat. Cool beans, mate. Read more

The food was good. The dinning area was filthy. Someone was checking the foods temperature sticking the thermostat into each... food items without cleaning the thermostat in between temperature checks. Cross contaminating each item. Maybe that's OK to dobut it didn't look right. Read more
