I go to this dds almost daily and today really made me mad. I use my app everyday and i told the man at the window that i was... pulling my app up. It was a $17 order. He then scanned my debit card and told me i could not scan my app now because he hadalready scanned my debit card. I am pretty upset i lost out on all of those reward points. I then asked if he could refund meand start over and he just said no and then just shut the window on me!!! Read more

I'd love to tell you how the food was but there was no food. Second time I've been in there after work (in a 2-week span lto get... a donut and appears like nobody works there. I'm standing in line with a couple of people and we're completely being ignored.Three of us just said screw it and walked out. The donuts are usually garbage anyway. I go to this Dunkin?s every day because the staff is always super nice, quick service and the coffee is perfect and food is... fresh. Well today I went to get a breakfast sandwich and it was just me in the drive through and I wanted to get a dozen donutsfor my co workers so I asked when I pulled up to the window, again just me in the line. Some woman making the food lost it on meand was swearing and screaming no saying I need to pull back around and everyone around her asking why saying it wasn?t a bigdeal and this lady is going off saying the time and there?s someone ordering behind me and I was at a loss of words. I will becontacting corporate and making sure whatever needs to be done to get her written up or fired will happen because she shouldn?tbe working with people if she can?t handle the smallest inconvenience. I will not be returning to this location. I feel bad forthe poor girl ringing me out who looked frozen and as shocked as I was. Do better. Read more

This has to be the worst Dunkin' donuts ever. I don't even know why they even ask what you want because they do not even get the... order right every single time they do not get it right. You tell one person the order another person does the order and doesn'teven know what the order was. Last time I'm going there. Read more

I can honestly say I think this has started since the remodel was finished. Every time I order on the go with this dunkins and... order a sandwich, the bagel is always not toasted! Like I?ve worked in dunkins before and it clearly says on the screen toasted,regardless you should be toasting the bagels cause thats what they tell you when they train you there so the customer has a nicehot sandwich! I?m confused as to why this keeps happening, either get the person to start toasting bagels every-time or justremove them from making food cause clearly they don?t know how to follow what the orders say on the screen! Normally I have a decent experience, but today I ordered 2 large lattes with mocha and whole milk, after 12 minutes I. Line I... get to the window and pay and notice they have 2 large ice coffees with mocha waiting and I point it out.
