If I could give zero stars I would. I pre ordered a box of joe- 25 minutes in advance knowing it takes a lot of coffee and time.... I got there, no coffee started. The girl behind the register kept ringing up new walk ins, totally ignoring me. Finally anotherperson asked what I was waiting for. When I responded a box of joe, she put her hand on her hip and exclaimed, "You're justgoing to have to wait, we are short handed." Mean while register girl is making coffees for all the new walk ins. I explained Iordered now, 30 mins ago, and had to be at a celebration of life. ?Well, we're short handed.? She wouldn't help me figure outhow to cancel and get a refund. Register girl yells, "I'm not doing this today! I don't care if she hears me!!" I told her Icould here her and maybe she should look into another line of work if customer satisfaction wasn't her thing. Finally theoriginal girl who told me I just had to wait started my coffee exclaiming she had to use all the coffee, register girl got madand said she just made it! Yay, my coffee was fresh. No sugar available but plenty of attitude! I left telling them that maybethey should turn off online ordering to get caught up. This is my 2nd altercation with a pre order here, apparently, accordingto other customers waiting, this place is known for being slow while dishing out major attitude! Starbucks-here I come!! Absolutely terrible. Everyday I wait fifteen minutes. No sense of urgency. Shut this place down or hire a completly new... team. The manager is awful. Always has attitude and is just incapable of running anything. I?ve been to hundreds of dunkinsand I can easily say this is by far the worst. Consistently too. I've given this location many chances. It's a very convenient location, but they get the order wrong constantly even when the... order is placed via the app. I'm dropping this review to one star as they are getting worse. Read more
Last time ordering anything from this location !! Not only was the food horrible but my Large ice coffee was made wrong as well... !!! I understand short staffed so the 10 min drive thru wait is understandable but it doesn?t mean or justify messing up theorder !!!! Tried calling and went straight to voicemail !! I very rarely go to dunkin. I don't drink coffee and I hate donuts. But when I do want a breakfast sandwich they all ways have... reason that they can't make one for me usually the ovens are down. I will never go to a dunkin again they are lazy people!! Read more
I have been going here for years and by far they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. The staff will argue with... customers because they just simply don't want to do there job. I just want to getsome breakfast not a fight. If you don't likeworking there get a new job but they make alot of people stressed out first thing in the am. Read more
