For someone who doesn?t eat a burger often, I was craving one and googled ?Burgers near me?. Omw to Mooyah, I decided to read... the menu and the reviews. Like everywhere else, it was obvious they were understaffed, yet the place was clean and theemployees were pleasant. The gentleman who saw us looking at the menu asked if we had any questions and we did! Initially Iwanted a burger but was intrigued by the much healthier options most burger joints do not have, including 5guys. I understandhealthy living is not important to most people, yet most people got vaccinated after covid, lol. You are what you eat and I leftfeeling satisfied and not overly stuffed. I got a Turkey burger ( I didn?t even want beef anymore!) with all the fixings on alettuce bun and my spicy ranch did in fact come on the side ???? I was indecisive when it came to fries so he offered a mix &match which I thought was very accommodating. As the gentleman was putting in our order, I read his name tag, ?AssistantManager? and I thought to myself ?Is this Shaq??. So, I asked and it was Shaq! I pointed out that I read the google reviews andit was obvious to me. He was polite and went out of his way to make sure our first experience was a good one. As a result, Iwanted to add to the wonderful reviews by detailing my own experience and encouraging kindness as bonus. People either don?tcare or are straight burnt out from caring too much. I just had my first experience at the Billerica location and it was the best customer service I have ever received. Jonathan... took care of us and was incredibly welcoming as well as generous. It was obvious that he genuinely loves his job and makingcustomers happy. Another aspect of my visit I would like to point out is that restaurant was spotless! I got the 1/2 lbs MDC and it delivered. Bun was fresh and the burger was well made. All in all this was close to being 5... stars. The decision to rate it at 4 was because of how the burger and fries were cooked. For me personally they wereovercooked. It dried out the burger and took away from the fries.
