These are superb, authentic pierogi that are orders of... magnitude better than the mass produced, thick-dough version available in Polish delis or even by some Polish-American cooks. Nearly as good as my mother's or mine (back in the day ????). Absolutely a great traditional meal! And the delicious shallotgarnish saved lots of extra prep time. Read more

Walked in randomly one day, the owner greeted me and asked me if I knew about pierogi. When I said I've only heard of it, he... explained to me what it was and the process of making it.
