I order pizza for my family online like I've done before. Get the pizza home and it was burnt , hard gross. I call the so called... manager AKA cook and tell him he offers to replace the pizzas but I'm not near this sals location. And I didn't want the pizza'sreplaced. I wanted to put in a complaint. Maybe get a credit towards something else another time. Oh no. Not this jerk he tellsme next time I order to make sure I hit lightly cooked. Then I thought about it called back and asked him you insinuating that Iwas in the wrong He says no but the way he said it sounded like. No resolution, no common decency no commn courtesy. Food was good. Pizza slice is a quarter of a pizza, so be hungry. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. I had not been there... since the remodel. Place looks nice, but seems a little worn for how new it is. Prices were good. Read more
Sal's pizza is horrible, no staff, pizza is mediocre at best, and the slices are sitting under a heat lamp all day long
Since the renovation, billerica sals has improved. They make great pizza and ready on time.
Friendly staff and pizza is standard Sal's but unfortunately only a single slice of cheese left to buy as a slice. Not much... variety for a Thursday on my way home from work. Read more

Head?s up!!!This place was terrible!! We went there this past Saturday night and I complained about the kid that was about to... make my sandwich without washing his hands or putting on gloves after he had been running his fingers through his hair. I askedthe guy with the beard if he was the owner and he said no and asked if there was a problem. I told him and he talked to the boy.I assumed that everything would be ok but this boy who had gloves on now was answering the phone, working the register, handlingfood and constantly running his fingers through his hair all with the same gloves on.
