Disgusting mens bathroom. Looks like it?s never been clean. Feces all over the toilet seat. Toilet bowl was stained.
Very basic place and the kids running it didn't know what they were doing. I got a BLT sandwich with two pieces of bacon and one... slice of tomato. It did not even cover the dry roll they put it on. I won't go back. Read more

The last time my husband,Bruce went through the Tim Horton's drive thru to order breakfast was about 3-4 months ago. My egg... biscuit sandwich was burned. The other they put cheese on my egg biscuit sandwich. My husband told them about it in which wereceived an new egg sandwich with no cheese. Has service improved since then? We will come back to that Tim Horton's when we arereassured that the customer service quality has improved. Read more
Cold Donuts... I used to visit this store shortly after they opened, and the quality of their products was good. But recently... I've been there a few times, ordering a coffee and donut. But the donuts were cold! I don't think their donuts are being bakedin this store any longer. Please Tim Hortons, consider your legacy and fix this problem! Read more

Horrible customer service. Never seem like they know what they are doing. Waited 3 mins when I was only one in store, nobody... came to take my order so I walked out. Place is dirty. Has really gone downhill since they opened. Coffee tastes burnt. Used tobe a regular every day customer, but has inspired me to brew my own coffee at home! Co-worker brought in dozen donuts to worktoday. They were half glazed, nuts were on pumpkin spice. These were sorriest excuse for donuts that I've seen. Read more
Attempted to place order at drive thru, which, ONCE AGAIN, they could not understand, & began to screw up. Since this happens on... the regular, of course I became loud & firm. Funny tho, that they put another girl in place of taking my order. If she was new,that's fine, but she disrespectfully couldn't even say, "Give me a minute, I'm new." When I got to the window, I had a minimumwage chic tell me it wasn't necessary to scream... that she banned me once... & would do it again. YET... there I was! Orderingfood! Just an FYI... if they threaten to "ban" u, they are not legally allowed to do that thru the drive-thru because of a loudmouth. Unless u create a scene IN the restaurant, doing something serious, like... stripping maybe, then they can ban u. Andthen proper protocol would be to call the police 1st. I was never banned from Tim Hortons, because I had spoke with Corporateabout how they don't know how to take an order & multiple screw-ups. Since then, they've hired staff that has improved & they'vestopped bussing in from the city. Yes, it has gotten better, but my favorite minimum wage female remains. I'm assuming she mustbe the manager. Today she handed me my food & said, "Don't come back." The proper response with an angry customer is to stillstate, "Have a good day." AND an apology for their screw-ups. I completely understand why they're no longer hiring at $18/hr.,but decreased it to $16. Because they can't do their job right. STOP THREATENING YOUR CUSTOMERS.
