Been going downhill lately. The past many times I?ve ordered iced coffee, it?s basically been cereal milk. So milk with a hint... of flavor of the syrup (like pumpkin or caramel). No coffee. Basically, there has been way too much milk every time. I keepordering in hopes of maybe getting some coffee flavor in my iced coffees but I keep getting let down. Just milk. I just take mymoney to Starbucks in Cambridge or Northwoods Roasterie in Lindstrom. They know how to make coffees there ?? Read more
Ordered a beyond breakfast sandwich without egg and cheese like I have at multiple caribou stores. The cashier said they could... do that, no problem, because they come frozen and are reheated. After putting in my order and sitting down to wait, the managercame to tell me I cannot order my sandwich that way despite the ingredients being easy to remove. I got a refund and left. Idon't understand why this location in particular would not allow me to have the egg and cheese removed when I cannot eat thoseitems. This is not an allergy request but a food sensitivity request that is honored at all the other locations I have gonetoo. I'll take my business to starbucks moving forward, for they have no problem doing this for me like the other Cariboustores outside of North Branch. Read more

This is a frequent stop for me and at any and all times of the day. Service is always terrific. I mean really, really good.... Today I was there over lunch and there were four people ahead of me. I thought I'd be there for a little while. Again this NorthBranch shop impressed me with how easily and quickly they took care of everyone. Well Done! Read more
Service was good, food was good, but, as expected, very overpriced.
$6.22 for my large mocha! It was a celebration. Coming back from seeing my mom. Also spent 5 days babysitting my nephew's dogs... and cat. I love coffee. I keep about 5-day flavors on hand drink about two flavors a day. Read more
Wonderful place! It's a great place to stop for coffee and a light snack or small meal. The service is always quick and the... atmosphere is lovely. Sometimes a bit noisy, but all coffee shops are. I have had a few meetings here and there have never beenany issues. One of my favorite places to stop for an hour or two and get some work done or meet a friend. Read more
