Once you've had Texas BBQ, nothing in MN will compare positively. With that said, here are the pros and cons. Pros: Quick... service and clean tables. Polite, efficient staff. Ribs were good, even though they looked dry. Cons: The brisket tastedmicrowaved and expensive for the quality and amount. Pulled pork was dry. Cornbread and rolls were dry and inedible. Read more
We were there around 2pm on Saturday the 3rd. My first time there and everything was perfect. The service and the food and... especially the green beans! The young guys working were so polite n professional it was a surprise. I am definitely coming backto try more! Read more

I got the 2 meat plate.. The 2 ribs were good, the brisket as you can see was not really was the poorest attempt at brisket. ... Dry almost like a overdone roast. Definitely for the price I expected better. Read more
If you are in the area, I highly recommend you try this awesome restaurant, The beef is slow cooked to perfection the ribs are... tender and falling of the bone good and that is without any sauce. The place gives you that an authentic Texas barbeque spotfeel and Mary and her staff are super friendly. When you talk to her you feel that his is her passion and not just trying tomake a buck. I give her and her husband high marks for bringing a great taste and feel of Texas here to Minnesota. Thanks forthe great experience.
