After a bad, frustrating situation with Dominos billing me 3 times for one order the store owner went out of his way to be... empathetic with my situation and make things right with me when corporate customer service was absolutely no help and entirelyautomated. I will be giving this location another shot with high hopes, and feel safe I will be taken care of here with Dave incharge if something does go wrong in the future. Read more

I placed an order online and tracked it with the tracker app. It took 30 minutes for him to get across the street with it. North... Branch, MN to Budget Host Inn North Branch MN. He gave me icing but no Cinnamon twists. They don't honor their Domino'sinsurance policy. They just sent me a 20 percent off coupon to use online. Don't even have Domino's where I live. Why would Iwant to spend more money at their place when I wasn't satisfied the first time? I won't be going online to order from themanymore when I am in North Branch MN. I wrote this review 2 years ago and today 9/15/2022 I get a response from Domino's??? Howlame is that? Like that's going to encourage me to go back. They send me a coupon code to use. There isn't even a Dominos Pizzain the town I live, I don't even know where the nearest one is to be honest. Not going to go out of my way to find one whenthere are so many other options available. Worst service EVER!!!! After my order posts ?done? online, I arrive there after to pick up. I pay them, at that point I am told... they burnt my pizzas beyond recognition, to pull to parking lot and someone will bring it out to me??23 minutes later, frontdoor is locked, I go thru the drive thru AGAIN waiting another 10 minutes??and when I asked her if she told me she was going tobring it out to me in 7 minutes???? We usually order take out pizza from the North Branch Domino's once every few weeks. Ordering online has never presented any... problems for us and the staff always accommodates our request to have the pizza made well done. The few times there has been anissue, the staff and owner have always resolved it promptly. Thank you for doing a great job! Read more
Waited and hour and 15 minutes before calling to check on the status of our pizzas. When I called they said the pizza was out... for delivery. After 15 more minutes I called again and they said the pizza had just left for delivery. 15 more minutes the pizzaarrived cold and stale? clearly it was forgotten on the rack but what?s worse is that they lied about it! I always want tosupport the local food chains but this is unacceptable. If they were honest I would have understood. I?ve been a loyal customerof NB dominos but not anymore. Read more
