My family and I are on the road a lot especially lately with family members passing away, Dad having a stroke, kids football... games, etc. today my fiance?, Cassie, my son, Liam, and I were on the road heading to St. Paul heading to a funeral. Along theway we decide to stop and have McDonald?s which should be quick and convenient right? Well it?s not at this location. We ordered4 McChickens and still was asked to pull forward. When we got our McChickens about 12 minutes later they were not wrappedproperly at all and it was frustrating cause it just made a mess everywhere. There?s a right way and wrong way to wrap asandwich, heck, I?d be willing to wait even a little longer so it could wrapped properly but something are ridiculous. Person taking my order could NOT get my order right. After 3 wrong attempts, I was directed to order at the pay window. I speak... (english) clearly, and so did she, she just could not figure out how to process my very simple, off the menu order. It was 1sausage cheese biscuit, 1 Hashbrown, and 1 #2. Not difficult. She would repeat the order after me, she kept trying to give me 3hashbrowns, and other wrong items, just couldn't seem to understand my simple order. The first order total came to nearly 20bucks... I know this was a person issue, not a system issue, I hope either that person has received a bit more training. Drivethroughs are always a gamble, never really know if you'll get what you order or not. In the end the order was correct, but whatwe received was not. I will say they tried, but still got it wrong.
