Ordered online? didn?t add my cookie, no one was welcomed in, I worked here and only could handle it for like 1-1 inna half... months horrible, always someone yelling no one ever helped me do anything expect showed me once got mad if I didn?t do it.Always talking about how bad other workers are, my friends mom came in and after she left they where just saying how bad she wasbc she was complaining because they kept putting there own stuff on her sandwich. we ordered 2 sandwhiches online, 1 toasted with no mayo or anything, no cheese and there were green peppers and mayo on it, both... not wanted. also wasnt toasted like we wanted. the other one was just supposed to have mayo but they put salt and pepper on itas well as only one kind of meat when there should have been 2 different meats, also no black olives which i asked for. theyalso gave us the wrong bread for one of them. this subway sucks at taking direction Read more

Went to this location on Sunday afternoon during Memorial Day weekend 2022 and the staff were unenthusiastic, depressed and... extremely unhygienic. There was a heavier set, brunette employee (female) there who had flushed, red cheeks who was coughing andI watched her cough right onto her plastic gloves and then touch peoples food and touch the rest of the food. When I saw hertouch my sandwich with not a care in the world, I simply walked out. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! This establishment clearly does notrespect that we?ve been through a pandemic and having someone?s sputum is not a proper addition to a sandwich. Read more

Absolutely Will never go back this location.. I used the app to make an Mobil order.. the money came out of my account prior to... me even arriving for my pick up time.. I was told they never received my order and told me to call corporation for my refundcause the manager lives hours and hours away.. was totally treated horrible and horrible staffing.. I then was told well yourpick up time was 5 minutes ago.. I had to explain many times I?ve been standing here waiting in line.. super rude staff.. overall wouldn?t recommend this location to anyone.. Super super rude elderly woman. I ordered some food to do a curbside pickup. She snapped on my for bringing out my food to me... stating that there is too many customers in the store and I should of walked in there to get it myself. I?m kinda floored by thecustomer service. I?m a nice guy and I work in customer service. I?ve never treated a customer badly no matter how much I?moverwhelmed. I don?t often eat at subway in north branch but can guarantee I will not be going to the north branch subway again. Read more

Clean, neat and for most part a good experience. Two of the staff were friendly third staff member was rude. She never smiled,... didn?t answer questions and only partially waited on us then made herself a mini subway sandwich. While the second person wasadding our items onto our food she was grabbing and reaching around him for olives and other add ons. Almost bumping him to gether snack items. The cashier was lovely and had a great sense of humor. The young man that finished our sandwich was quick andprofessional. Read more

Very rude staff. Maisie was very short and impatient while we were ordering. She was sighing and when we were asking for a... topping she would cut us off and say "is that all" after every thing we asked for. When we misunderstood something she said shegot snappy about having to repeat herself. I get having a bad day every so often but you should probably try to not take it outon customers and act like they are putting you out when they are there to get something to enjoy from subway. This isdisappointing as I enjoy subway's food, but these continuous experiences with the staff are overcoming any good qualities thatsubway has to offer. Work on the concept of customer service. It doesn't take a lot. It doesn't matter if you are a 5 starrestaurant or subway, good and bad experiences leave lasting effects on your business. Read more
