The last couple time I got chicken casidila half of it was pushed to one side the other half didn't have anything. This last... time it was scrunch in ball. I asked for no sour cream on my beefy five layer n they put sour cream on it. I hate sour cream. Ialso asked for quack on the side. I didn't get it on the side. Great customer service in drive thru, but it's a bummer when you pay so much and your order is wrong or you ask for things to be... a certain ways(ex.no lettuce, lite sauce) and it's like they didn't read the order or even cared to do it right, so you driveoff and either you have to turn around or you hit the high way and it's not worth turning around cuz you have no time! Fastfood ain't cheap anymore!! so all I ask is that I get the right order! Read more
I have to take some of the blame on ordering and looking at the screen, I ordered a pizza meal but it was not what was on the... screen and read back, I did have her change 4 tacos from soft shell to 2 other ones and saw the change but not what I asked foragain my fault. When at the window told her this is not correct she snapped her gum at me, rolled her eyes and said issue withorder at the window. She did not respond or acknowledge me. This put me in a different mood of mode immediately. The managerfixed the taco issue but said that is why we repeat orders and have the screen. He is right even though it was a customer errorand did not say how can we correct this for you? The food was less than par, nothing hardly in the soft shell tacos and thepizza was awful. I went thru the drive thru & just ordered a bean burrito & asked for 2 packs of fire sauce. After pulling out & checking my... order I found that there was no sauce or napkins. I went thru the drive thru again and informed the person that I didn't getany fire sauce. When I arrived at the window I was handed a brown paper bag. When I opened it there was over 50 packs offire sauce, what a waste. The franchise owner should be furious with these smart alecks for wasting their money. This is probably the dirtiest restaurant I've been to in years. Most of the tables had food on them and the employees were... walking around on food all over the floor. Every surface in this place needs cleaning! It wasn't even busy. And what Mexicanfood restaurant runs out of hot sauce?? Read more
I stopped at Taco bell in North Branch, mn last Tuesday on my way to a second job. The sun was causing a glare on the menu... screen so what i thought was a burrito was really some thing they stuffed, wrapped like a pinwheel and fried, with a crunchytaco supreme on the side. The pinwheel thing was good but it wasn't a burrito so a little disappointing, the real disappointmentcame when i went to eat the crunchy taco. Maybe i looked fat when i got to the window so they have me the low calorie version,or maybe they were running out of food and i got the last of the meat and cheese. Whatever the reason the next time i get theurge to " run for the border" I'll run someplace where they fill the tacos. Read more
I ordered a power bowl and it came with NO CHICKEN and i asked for no sour cream, and they gave me sour cream anyway. I also... ordered a cinnamon coffee delight and they gave it to me without creamer, so I went into the store and sat there waiting forservice for almost 10 mins. People saw me but no one came. when someone finally came and asked me what I needed, they told methey were all out of creamer. They should have told me they were out but instead I payed for a cinnamon creamer coffee, with nocreamer. I am a taco bell ENTHUSIAST!! I love taco bell and I actually was at a different taco bell earlier today, however, thisis the worst service I have ever had at any taco bell EVER. Read more
Have had several issues with the quality of food from this location.This is what i got for a so called STEAK QUESADILLA. Barely... get any meat or cheese on anything you order. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more
