I had a terrible experience and hope the whole staff on shift is fired. I was waiting in for Baskin Robins. Instead of assisting... me, the employee sat on her phone, leaning over the counter with her mask under her mouth. She looked at me and my friendmultiple times and did not move. The other two seemed confused as to what they were doing as they couldn?t get the order of theperson in front of me correct. I?d give them a zero, but it?s not an option. I am very angry. Read more
As a loyal customer for many years of Dunkin Donuts, I find it difficult that in the year 2021, especially in an area as diverse... as North Brunswick that a woman of color is blatantly treated unfairly and biased-- enough that other customers had to speak upfor me! I could only hope that this behavior from Dunkin Donut employees is limited to this one location which has now lost mybusiness and others that also go there. This morning I had an issue with my order and as I was trying to resolve the situationthe employee blatantly ignored me and would only acknowledge the white people in the room. It was only once another customerspoke up on my behalf did the employees even attempt to correct their simple mistake. I will not return to this location and ihope other beware. Read more
Under staffed. Staff was rude and made us wait for a very long time on Baskin Robbins register while kept serving the customers... on Dunkin donuts register who came after us. When we tried to ask the staff they were rude and refused to attend to BaskinRobbins customers. Read more
Interior is designed nice and the ice cream is delicious but the price is outrageous. Then again could be that age is showing... since ice cream was cheaper growing up from here as well as Dairy Queen. All in all not a bad experience but nothing spectaculareither Read more
Very bad service. Asked for a Sundae with chocolate fudge and strawberry which are not candy toppings but the employee kept... arguing with me to add 2 dollars to my order. DON'T GO THERE. route 18 store is way better. Read more
This is our go to place for ice cream since it is on our way home. The added advantage is that this place is within a Dunkin... Donut. The staff is friendly and usually have the flavors that we like in stock. This place has free wifi and clean restrooms. Read more
I have been in this store before and also the one in Perth amboy always buy the same ice cream and today, I girl name Carolina... want to charge me $1 for wipp cream and another dollar for peanuts are you kidding me? Since I have to pay $8 for a cup of icecream? Read more
I had a terrible experience here, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and the person made it so bitter I could barely drink it, ... just took 2-3 sips , I won't recommend going to this Dunkin ever. Read more
