The quality in this place has gone down hill to the point where I am not even sure if they are still under the Chipotle... umbrella. If I could I would give them 0 stars. The service was almost as bad where I was served food that was crosscontaminated, when mentioned it to the server his response was nonchalant stating some of the items fell into the othercontainer. Let me start by saying I love chipotle but this location is terrible. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Not only will you have to wait... forever for it to be done it won't be correct. I've tried multiple times and it's always the same. I wouldn't mind waiting ifthey made the food correctly but there are always ingredients missing and this last time my 2 burrito bowl was more like a bowlof soup. The only thing that is consistent about this place is the bad chips. The photo represents how many chips that aren?t edible;... they are either way too salty or way too stale. Chipotle standard needs to have every chip with a great flavor and great crunch.I guess the other consistency at this Chipotle is there?s always a problem. This time they were out of vegetables. How can yourun out of vegetables? Another time was they ran out of chicken, forgot items, and the list goes on. I ordered burrito bowl today at 7:10 pm online. It was missing hot red, medium green sauces and black beans. I didn?t order ... rice but they added rice in my bowl. This is second time I?m getting something different than I ordered. If this is the caseordering online, doesn?t make any sense. I love chipotle, but not good experience this time here. The staff was good but service was too slow. I can?t believe there was... no green sauce or red sauce. The bowl was dry. Even when I asked for queso in place of sauce, I was asked to pay extra. Read more

Very surprised to see the worst service. Very slow moving line which was out of the door. It took us 35 minutes to reach... the order.... guacamole was turned brown and also taste odd and the lettuce was cut with all hard stamps(pictures attached). Did talk to the manager and he confessed they have employee issues and they are struggling to serve the customers. And yes, theyclosed 7.00pm as they did not have employee to work after 7. We saw at least 25 to 30 customers going back from the door as theyclosed early. So sad. Read more
