Took over two hours for one bread bowl. Bread bowl was extremely tiny and there were skins of onions all in it. I also called to... ask where my food was after an hour and a half of waiting and i was hung up after 20 minutes of being on hold. Terrible customerservice and place in general! Read more
The food was decent but the wait time to pick-up was terrible. They were a bit unorganized and I am not sure if it was due to... technological error or human error but the whole point of contactless pick-up coupled along with a pie pass meant one ought beable to walk-in and pick-up their order without having to wait. I placed an order online and didn?t realize that I didn?t have cash. I called the store and some young girl answered she told me... I couldn?t pay with my card over the phone and before I could asked another question she hung up on me. When I called her backshe told me that because someone walked in to pick up that my order wasn?t as important so she hung up. When I asked her nameshe refused then when I asked to speak to a supervisor another young girl got on the phone after explaining to her what happenedshe blew me off as if my money didn?t matter. Took twice the estimated time. Spent 17 MINUTES doing a ?quality check.? Ended up getting a buffalo chicken pizza with about 1... tablespoon of Buffalo sauce on it. Parmesan twists were good, though, and my box was delivered undamaged. So I guess that?snice? I didn?t complain on phone or email or anything, but they sent an email to me that said ?We let you down. One of the best store of Domino's in my area. New interior look great I generally use carryout. Order always be ready on time.... Staff is very helpful, once they gave my order to some one else by mistake . Manger feel very sorry and appolize and offer mefree bread sticks. very courteous gesture. I would never recommend this store. Driver after waiting an hour sat outside in his car for 20 minutes while my wife waive him... down. Called the store and they are some of the most unprofessional customer workers I have ever dealt with, they will not careabout anything and hang up on you. The manager is even worse refuses to come to the phone and allows for his workers to take theblame. After a long period of time and cancelling the order the driver drops off the very cold food and even with me telling himthe order was closed he dropped it off and sped off. I have made it my mission to ban and deter anyone from dominos untilsomeone from corporate calls me to listen and make some changes in that store. Read more
