My friend placed a order through app for pickup. We order 2 coffees with different requirement. But one of them is very worst.... Staff doesn?t care or read the customer requirement. They do coffee as as per their requirement. I would recommend the storemanager atleast check it before giving to the customers. Focus on customer service. Waste to spend the money in this store. Food was fresh and tasty but the ordering process was pretty slow and they needed to confirm at the window and I didn't get a... receipt. Dunkin should have their cr@p together by now. It's not a new location. Read more

Do not waste your time. With all the other coffee options the drive thru staff that took my order and kept interrupting me... repeatedly I asked if she could stop interrupting so I could order she just went silent. Not even 2 words out of my mouth andshe interrupted again. Just go to a different coffee shop or the Starbucks basically next door. Read more
