I always enjoyed the chopped steak dinner so after a 3 year absence my husband and I finally went on Saturday, 4 p.m. it... wasn't crowded so we were seated immediately. I read rave reviews about the steak house mac & cheese so I ordered that alongwith a salad and the chopped steak, well done. The meat was very burnt on both sides, the salad had no onions or carrots as italways did, and the mac and cheese was good but was a little dry. The bacon was chunks of what I am assuming to be wasCanadian bacon, not crisp but very chewy. I had to pick that out, very unappetizing. The meal was mediocre at best. Therewas a line of people waiting to be seated when we left so we timed it right. The price was the same as 3 years ago but theportions were much smaller. No masks on any any of the staff or patrons. Excellent steaks and sides. The outlaw ribeye is a must!! The appetizers are ok, but worth it to get the add ons instead. Was... crowded when we went and service was slow, but our waiter was attentive. Can't wait to go again. Read more
Sides and apps are great. Staff and manager were awesome. But thw steaks are bad. No good. Not the first steak there that was... bad, but will be the last. Others at our table had bad steaks as well. The lobster was good, the fries were more on otherpeoples plates than others. The salad was good. And my sons cheese burger was great. So if you are looking for a good salad andcheeseburger...this is the place. Read more
Went to the bar for some apps, we were not disappointed. Had the wings and the Wildest Shrimp both were outstanding. Drinks... were great, the top shelf Don Julio Margarita is a must if you like Tequila. Wife had the Tito's tea which was great. Read more
Ordered the sirloin steak with a baked potato and brussel sprouts. Steak was cooked the way I liked it and the baked potato was... good. I always enjoy their bread appetizer. The brussel sprouts had a nice crisp, but was a bit bitter. Read more
Always a great time coming here. We are literally only up this way like twice a year for holiday dress shopping for my daughter... but my grandma adores this place so it's always a must stop for lunch before going home. Went out for a family dinner and sadly the food was beyond cold. The waitress we had, we only saw one time and that was when she... took our order. She never came back to ask us for refills or to even check if things were okay. We asked to speak to a managerand he was as I expected very polite and helpful. We explained to him that our food was cold and brought fresh orders for usagain. After we received our hot meals, I was in love with these grilled shrimps! There were delicious! YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOUR FOOD!!! The phone lines were tied up for at least 40 minutes by a presumably drunk man, pictured, and... two seemingly drunk elderly women, pictured. It came to a head when angry customers came in who could not get their orders. The bartender was laughing as they were heckling customers. It was really insane. You would think people that old would bepast imitating Bart Simpson circa 1988. SAD. In the photographs you can see their best sober impersonations once the managercame over. If you want to place an order and then have a bunch of loud, seemingly intoxicated people rambling on the phone, evenhanging up on some customers...good luck getting your order! The best part...the man had the woman pressed up against an old,beat-up truck while they got intimate in the parking lot. Go figure. Almost threw up right there. Read more
