Line was super long because they were understaffed due to bad wages and terrible conditions for employees. Give your staff... better treatment. If you can't afford to give them more then you should not be in business. But to the staff you all did amazing???????????????????????????? Read more
When we got there one associate was sweeping the floor the other behind the counter, neither of them greeted us. The one table... occupied with customers greeted us but not the store associates so we used the restrooms and left. Read more
It was nice, they?re just not doing dine in. I get that there is covid but most fast foods had opened there dine ins.
Bad staff . I ordered hot medium americano coffee and he told me that the machine doesn?t work when I asked to get my money back... he told me to wait the manager who will come after 2 hours then I had to take another drink which is regular Iced coffee and hesaid that it?s with the same price and I know that americano is more expensive than the regular coffee. Besides, He spoke withus in a such bad way. Read more
If I had infinite amount of stars. This place wouldn't deserve even a single one. This place really got me fuming. From placing... the order to messing up the order. Top to bottom this will be the last time I'll visit this unfriendly place. Forgot to orderwater they wouldn't give it at both (first to pay second to receive food) registers... We ordered go-gurt with kids menu didn'teven realize after we left. We asked for hot mustard couldn't even say they were out... Just didn't give it to us. Took FOREVER! The staff is rude and unhelpful and food is straight up nasty!
