Been here multiple times for years and this is the first I have received horrible service. They completely butchered our order.... Both of our sandwiches were incorrect and when my mother called to correct the order, the lady on the phone completely dismissedher. The lady said they were closing soon and just hung up despite us calling 30 minutes prior to closing time. There must benew staff because this is the first time something like this has happened but I am heavily disappointed. Read more

Many of the staff members at my school ordered from Mr. Subs for our field day today. Rich, the owner, was very easy to work... with in coming up with a meal plan that worked for our staff. Not only did he deliver all the the sandwiches/chips/drinks atthe requested time but he made another trip back to the school for a staff member whose order was not completely accurate. Ihave gotten rave reviews from our staff about their sandwiches and we are so grateful to Rich and his team at Mr. Subs formaking this possible without breaking the bank. We catered from here for a party about a month ago. I met with Rich who takes care of catering. He helped me decide on sub... platters a fruit platter, a cookie platter and salad. Everything came out great and was fresh. I didn't have to do anything butpick up the order and Rich even helped my husband load everything into the car and called the next day to make sure everythingwas to our liking.
