They have the worst hazelnut coffee I ever tried! I tried it three times there several months apart with the same result. One... time I poured my coffee from the Hazelnut tank in the cup, closed the lid and drove away just to find out the ?coffee? was coldwater. I did not turn around - I was on a highway. Panera is great overall. Good customer service, nice scones and blueberry muffins. However, I was very disappointed with the new... charged lemonades. They have more sugar and calories than a coke.
