$12 chicken whole sandwich was on a hamburger bun. $6 soup was only filled half way. $20 and I'm starving. The chicken sandwich... didn't even have tomato or onion or pickle and bread was bad. Read more

Food and beverages are good. Portions have gotten smaller as prices have gone up. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is... great. They have stopped bringing the food to your table. There are free beverage refills on the nonspecialty drinks. Using therewards program can save you money. The unlimited Sips program looks like it now has limited sips Read more

Cream of chicken and rice soup extremely watery. No cream at all. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, dry as can be. Very... disappointed, and the $40 bill did not make this dinner any easier to swallow Read more

They have the worst hazelnut coffee I ever tried! I tried it three times there several months apart with the same result. One... time I poured my coffee from the Hazelnut tank in the cup, closed the lid and drove away just to find out the ?coffee? was coldwater. I did not turn around - I was on a highway. Two other times the liquid was hot but it looked and tasted like dirty water. No smell or taste of hazelnut whatsoever. Read more

Panera is great overall. Good customer service, nice scones and blueberry muffins. However, I was very disappointed with the new... charged lemonades. They have more sugar and calories than a coke. There used to be unsweetened options but now there is onlyblack tea available. Bring back the hibiscos tea. Read more

Don't get me wrong. I like the food from Panera. Panera itself is good, but I feel that some of the employees don't seem to pay... attention or prioritize their customers. One time I went to this location to get breakfast before work. There was a young ladystanding right at the counter very slowly packing pastries, which I may or may not have wanted to order, but instead of takingmy orders first, she looked down and continued very slowly. There was no other staff there. It took me at least 30 min in therejust to get a few items. Another time I ordered a sandwich and customized to have no chicken in it since I'm a vegetarian. WhenI opened the sandwich wrap, I saw many chicken strings in the sandwich. I had taken my pre-meal medication, but couldn't eat mylunch because there was chicken in it. That was terrible. Next time if I do order from Panera again, I will have to inspect thefood to make sure I can eat it before I take my medication. Read more

One of the busiest Panera bakeries I've visited. The rapid pick up orders were jam packed and people were waiting to pick up... their orders. However, they are very efficient. I thought I would have to wait long for my order but surprisingly it was readyin less than 12 minutes. Everything was spot on. There was an employee who was proactively going around picking up empty traysfrom the customers. Now that's service. Read more

The line to order was long. There was only 1 person taking orders (a shift supervisor) and she was absolutely NOT capable of... multitasking. She kept asking us to repeat our order then when we started talking, she started talking to a co worker and askedus to repeat our order again. Food was bland, and I didn't give it 1 star because it could've been worse... as in I could'vecaught on fire while repeating my order 15 times. Read more
