Used to be a regular here but I'll never go back after the following 2 experiences: Update 12/6: They ruined my dinner and my... appetite. Order veal Marsala, a dish I've gotten there many times. It always comes served over pasta, but not tonight. The pastawas on the side drenched in marinara which I can't eat. The veal was over cooked and put in what I could only discern as amushroom broth because it was more soup consistency then a sauce. They tried telling me it's the same sauce they've used for 40years. The delivery guy made me come out into the rain. All in all a horrible experience. Owner is extremely rude. Wouldn't evenadmit any wrongdoing or offer to replace anything. Don't waste your money here. Go to Ninos or Kings instead. Better food andmuch nicer people. 6 months ago: They're menu is incorrect and inconsistent. Item descriptions are incorrect. Staff is awareand doesn't care. An employee told me they had made the same mistake regarding the item I ordered and wouldn't correct theissue. The item being pasta with mushroom sauce. What I received was pasta with tomato sauce and mushrooms. The employee wasvery rude. The dish itself was horrible. Pasta over cooked and an overly sugar sweet disgusting sauce. Horrible customer service. They hire an incompetent driver that argues with strangers because she was driving up a one way and... blames me even though I never met her. This is after waiting 1.5 hours waiting for my food then they decide not to give me anyfood at all. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. I use to be a regular. Read more

I made a order for pick-up. Upon arrival I parked in the front of the restaurant while I was waiting in my car for my order to... be ready , I was approached by one of the employees. He was complaining about my car headlights. I turned them off but since mycar has automatic lights he came out again telling me to turn them off and I tried to explain I can?t turn them off completelyhe told me to turn my car off or park somewhere else. I don?t know how my lights affected him in any way and I had my child inthe car I was not going to turn my car off due to having the A/C on for my child. Very disappointed. Don't offer online ordering directly from YOUR website and not take responsibility for when a order "goes missing". Also, don't... be condescending and rude to your customers when they call asking about said order. Also, calling a woman "honey" isn't reallyacceptable these days especially in they way you conducted it. They get a good rating for the sauce. It tastes freshly made and is quite flavorful. Good location next to the bowling alley.... Great for kids and adults who want better quality food than the bowling alley offers. It is a low key place with friendlyservice. Sufficient seating. Read more
