This is literally the slowest starbucks ever, i?m waiting over 20 minutes for a drink. They have 6 people working and one drink... coming out at a time very slowly, no rush as there were at least 20 people inside and almost 10 waiting for drinks, long drivethrough line. Workers talking and chatting behind the counter, that?s all good but these baristas have no experience and franklyquiet rude as to ignore customers drinks after buying. We received our first drink and our second drink 15 minutes later. We hadto ask 3 times for our second drink. Employees are rude. Read more

Gave me so much attitude for getting a drink with no ice. Told me i will get very little drink if they don't use ice. However, i... order the same drink at other locations and its made just fine. Anyway, even with the ice, the drink was so nasty. Read more

Starbucks North Brunswick is horrible to say the least the customer service is ridiculous they can never get a order right... whether it be drive-through or ordering inside I try to order inside as much as possible because they can?t get it right throughthe drive-through. I also Try my very best never to visit the Starbucks in North Brunswick. I try to stick with East Brunswickor south Brunswick any other Starbucks but North Brunswick, if you want to start your day off horribly go to North BrunswickStarbucks. The only reason why I have not gone off on one of those little girls is because I know how bad it would end. I have been to this place before but when I came here today something was off, I always order some drinks and then they taste... really different, it might seem that I?m just really mad but I want sugar on my drink but then It had no sugar AT ALL. Also theyneed to upgrade their staff because it takes too long just for one drink. So this is why I am giving this a 3 star. Read more

I came here a few days ago while moving into a new place, was greeted with the hugest kind-warming vibe and found a REALLY... awesome water bottle there. I love the staff since they were very paitent with me just looking at their bottles (I kinda have abottle problem). They also asked questions like if I wante whip cream or if I needed a non-Dairy subsitute to my StrawberryFrap. I will be visiting a bit more later! The servers are super kind and have great attitudes, but honestly, this Starbucks is constantly running out of stock of things... from the menu, and has gotten my drink order wrong on at least 3 separate occasions.
