Hostess, cooks and manager were all great so I will give that a noticeable review of compliments. Unfortunately my waitress was... not on point when it came to service. Waitress came over several times; took our drinks & food order, I was given a water. WhenI looked at the bar, it looked empty, which ok no biggie. My cocktail was sitting for over 15 minutes ready to go meanwhile mywaitress asked everyone else if they wanted refills without acknowledging I only sat with a water. My meal was gone beforeanother waitress noticed, attempted to bring to me. When I looked at the drink it was already settled to bottom of glass of allthe ingredients. I asked someone else for a manager. Manager took care of it for me promptly. It was steady but not overcrowdedfor someone to miss my order. Very disappointed. Other wise food was good. Read more

First date night in along time and couldn't have picked a better place. All the employee's was very friendly,out going, and... happy. That was the best service from a restaurant since the pandemic. Thank you for being nice and professional. Read more
I had a really good first experience here but not this time. My steak was really over cooked for someone who ordered it medium... rare. There was no pink at all inside and it should of almost been dripping with blood. Read more
Haven't been to this Applebee's in quite a while. My last experience and review was from the Akron Arlington location and not a... great experience. I reluctantly ordered the Cajun salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My expectations were low, but theactually quality of my food blew it out of the park. Regretfully I didn't get photos of my meal as I was with a party offriends. The salmon was cooked absolutely perfectly, the mashed potatoes were amazing and the broccoli was just delicious! Bestmeal I've had in a minute. Service was good and friendly. Restaurant was clean and busier than I expected. Overall, thisApplebee's won me back! Read more
My waiter was very nice and understanding even though they were very busy. I ordered the three cheese chicken penne and my... noodles were overcooked. I sent it back and it looked like they just replaced my chicken and threw the pasta in the microwavebecause they were some how even more overcooked then before. I'm not one to make a fuss so I just took it go and tipped well.Other than that, we had a great service. Read more

Courtney was our waitress. She was the best waitress we have had in, I can't remember when. We didnt have to ask for anything,... not napkins, not to go boxes, not steak sauce.
