I ordered Thanksgiving meal for 6 and it was horrible. The turkey looked like a sliced turkey roll. When did turkey come round?... The stuffing was dry, mashed potatoes were horrible & rolls hard. I was so embarrassed that this is what I got for my 90 yearold mother that was just released from nursing home due to a fractured hip. Went for breakfast early, before the crowd came in. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pancakes and bacon were good. Coffee was... fresh and hot. Great way to start the day with birthday breakfast for my mom! Read more
I tried the Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich! It didn't have the pickle slices as advertised and the cranberry chutney on it was... literally 1/2 tsp if that. I showed our server and asked for more, which she gladly brought me. It was very good!! Everyoneelse enjoyed their food as well! Read more
I took one of my clients there to eat for lunch the one in Canton Ohio. The food was served very quickly. It was hot and order... was correct . It's Bob Evans and the food is good... The breakfast servers on the weekend are usually great. Everything's pretty much on par... with what Bob Evans food is and only had one bad experience at this one during an evening dinner where we were ignored by ourwaiter because we asked them to come back as we needed to look at the menu for just a little bit longer. Fast forward to June2022 and they're still crushing it with breakfast!!! Fast forward to July 2022 still great breakfast and great service! Read more
Well the server is not paying attention I believe because the food takes more than 20 mins wait at the time she took my order... and our appetizer served it to the wrong table then the other table said we didn?t order that, then went to my table and askedif we order this food we said YES! The food tastes good but the server is kinda overwhelmed that we didn?t get a chance totalked or asked her. My experience is just okay I believe they are understaff I don?t know since Bob Evans always busy I guess. Read more
Been going to this Bob?s for years now. It?s gotten absolutely terrible and I?m not going back. The table across from us was... dirty the entire time we were there. Took 6 minutes to get our first cup of coffee, and on the second cup when I asked for morecream, the server forgot! Too busy talking to a couple for 5 minutes, no exaggeration. After I asked a second time for morecream, she said that she forgot, but, was good enough to bring me a hot coffee. The slop that I was served obviously sat in thepass for a long while. It was cold, the crumbled sausage was as hard as a rock and the cheese was even cold, not melted. Thisgarbage costs over $10.
