Well from my visit as an adult with my nieces it was pretty good, from the door greeter to the people who you order food from,... for some reason the guy at the prize counter had an attitude and used a really teenager tone when we did not immediately walk upafter the previous family was done at the prize counter. The prices are ridiculous! My family paid over $100 for a family of 3 which amounted to 1 pizza, 4 drinks, a salad bar visit,... and 60 points (30 per child). The staff were all less than friendly (the cashier yelled, not an exaggeration, at my child forpicking up a Halloween themed cup out of the line the spans the cash registers. I was planning to purchase until she grabbed itout of his hands. If children aren't allowed to touch things, maybe put them out of reach...this is supposed to be a childestablishment.) So I hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese in years, when a friend and I decided to visit here on a Friday evening to be able to catch... up, while allowing her daughter to play. What a fantastic idea it ended up being! First of all this location is so clean!!! Thefood was great too. Wonderful pizza and Dip N Dots!! The staff was younger and all mentioned that they hadn't been with thecompany very long, but I think that seems to be expected with most establishments anymore. I love the idea that all "prizetickets" are now credited onto your card, which also serves as your play credits. Also loved that there is unlimited play forcertain time increments too. Fantastic concept! I was expecting the old "jungle-gym" style climber play area, which always usedto creep me out as a parent due to the germs, but this location does not have that at all. It was also quiet for a Fridayevening in "The Strip" area of Canton. Everywhere else was packed as usual. This might become an option to just go eat dinnerwhen we don't want to fight crowds on the weekend! We actually watched an older couple do just this! Keep up the great work.You're doing it right. They were friendly and helpful. Of course the pizza is expensive and not the highest quality but it was delivered to our table... pretty quick and was nice and hot. They do still have parmesan cheese packets but you have to ask for them. They do not acceptthe old token coins anymore, nor do they give credit for them. I was bummed because the sketch booth was not working again. Wetry to always have one done of the two of us each time we are there, so it was disappointing. Read more
Visited Chuck E. Cheese on a Monday right as they opened. Obviously the place was very clean and ready to go! Every game was in... good working order and Kyle at 3 had no issue at all doing his own thing. Service was great, food was great and the value forwhat we paid was definitely worth it. This was our first visit together; I have come to this location in years past with mynephew. For something to do on a rainy day or during winter months it's a perfect for fun and entertainment. My only drawback isthe ticketing and prize system. I feel like it should be easier to get more tickets for better prizes. You'd really have tospend more money and more time to get better prizes. Otherwise our overall experience was great and we will return for moreentertainment and fun overall! Read more
Where should i start? The very friendly hostess? The very clean playplaces? Or my 4yo niece not believing me we were going to... chuck e cheese til we were inside loading the card lol. She had so much fun i thought at times she was never gonna leave!Luckily she tired herself out enuff after just acouple hours. Id gave it 5 stars but i fealt the little kids section was kind oflame (tho she loved it). They should add some more rides for the 5 and under crowd. Read more
My son had a wonderful time celebrating his birthday last month. The party host went above and beyond in curating a great... experience for our family. Mom and Dad had as much fun as the kids. Our youngest is special needs, and they were so kind andaccommodating to us. The food was also very tasty, and everything was clean and in good working order. We celebrated our sons 2nd birthday here today. I gave it 3 stars because they had several, I think 5 birthday parties going on... at the same time as mine. It was absolutely chaotic with how many kids and adults were there. It was hard to get through to ourbirthday party table and was very loud. Due to the place being overwhelmed our table was not ready at the time of our party andwe were checked in 15 min late. The end of our party was cut short and staff started to clear our tables before our party waseven over. I paid over $300 so I was upset but management did apologize and offered coupons and tickets. We had Dylan as ourhost and he was great but staff was just very busy. In the future I think they should limit how many birthday parties they do atonce and how many people they allow into the building. Overall our family all enjoyed Chuck e cheese! Read more
