Last time we visited it was in midday so not too many guests (about 2 other tables), seated right away, ordered fast but food... took awhile. Waitress seemed like she didn't care about being there and didn't really check to see if everything was okay or ifwe needed anything. The booth we were sat at, benches were severely worn, lopsided and uncomfortable. Menus were very sticky,the wall/window ledge has finger prints and smears all over it and ledge all around has visible straw paper and dust caked onit. The table next to us no one ever sat at had syrup and food particles on it that no one ever came to clean. Food was good andgood amount for the price but drinks were watered down. Read more
So I don't have photos of the food because it was so good I scarfed it down. The waitress that was working was PHENOMENAL in... North Canton, Oh. Over night Sunday to Monday was the waitresses shift. He had impeccable customer service schools anddefinitely made me feel welcomed and at home immediately soon as I entered the threshold of IHOP! Read more
I went in, as tradition, after going to a concert in Cleveland with a friend. For the over 2-hour drive back home late at night... after a show. One or two people running on the floor and it was pretty busy. The waiter did an awesome job. Keeping up with therush and service was prompt enough. Will definitely keep using this as a go Between for late night concerts. Read more
One of the best IHOP I have been to. The service from Ryan was top notch. He was very humble, fun to talk with and even helped... us in suggesting a few options. Our experience was very good. Thank you so much Ryan for making our evening so wonderful. Read more
Our waitress Tammy (I believe her name was) she was ridiculously kind and amazing. I really enjoyed having her as our waitress.... My spinach and mushroom omelette was very fresh and the Mr.'s food was well put together as well. Read more
Prices are up quality is down. Thought perhaps we had been served old coffee it was so burnt and disgusting tasting but no it... was fresh, it's just that gross now. Bacon was low quality and rubbery, my crepes were gross, fiance's omelet was cold. My kidhowever enjoyed her minions themed food I don't really like banana flavored stuff but she enjoyed it. Definitely wasn't worth$42 plus tip for three breakfasts and some of the worst coffee I've ever had. Read more
Expensive lesson learned. The omelettes are huge and hash browns were great, but the eggs used in the omelette were overcooked... on the bottom and brown. We also had some food come out wrong from the kitchen. They were out of some ingredients, and insteadof checking with us to see if we were okay with them substituting other toppings or flavors, they just did it. Unfortunately"their" selections of "our" food, didn't really mesh with our liking on a couple of choices. Odd that they do that instead ofgetting approval or asking if you want something else instead. Service was good. We kept hearing shouting coming from thekitchen area though and staff seemed upset with each other. And spending $60 for three breakfast meals, just left me desiringother breakfast places in the area much cheaper with better food. Machella is the best service worker I've seen, she was very friendly and worked diligently. She made sure to greet everyone who... walked through the door with kindness you couldn't fake, our food came out promptly and was delicious. 10/10 Would Recommend???? Read more
