As we walked in there were no other customers there. Greeted by 2 of 3 people behind the counter. We went to place the order and... only one was left to serve us. Food very good but majority of tables were not wiped down. No mild salsa available and we weretold they will mix more. Eating our dinners as 3 more parties walked in. More requests for salsa and still only one serving atthe counter. She began to take the 2nd parties order and finally the second person came out to help. Third party walked outafter waiting in line for a while. We finished our meal, still no salsa. Used restroom before leaving, no toilet tissue andbathroom was dirty. This place is fantastic! The food is great and you get a lot for the price -- including free chips and salsa! The workers are... always super helpful and friendly. Their rewards program is also awesome! Read more
Regular customer weekly, great food. Employee didn't let me know an upcharge when I was ordering; the manager, Josh, was very... professional about handling the situation & made sure the issue was addressed properly. Welcome to Moe's! Updating a review from my most recent visit. Stopped in for lunch around 1:30pm. Restaurant was clean and... stocked. Food was fresh and delicious. My only hiccup wasn't location based, but an issue with the app for the loyalty program.I had to send out an email to the help desk, so hopefully corporate can resolve that matter. I forgot to follow the first rule of eating out. If you walk in at peak times (12:10pm lunch time) and it?s dead. Don?t eat... there. The customer service was bad. Didn?t get the trademark moes greeting. The portioning was small. I had to ask to be rungup a second time because I wanted a drink and wasn?t asked. The tip was selected by the employee. The food wasn?t bad, but itwas good either. In the 20-30 minutes I was their only half dozen people came in and only one other person stayed. Verydisappointed with this experience. Do not recommend. Moe's Southwest Grill has new management and they are focusing on great customer service, friendly staff, a clean restaurant... environment, and amazing food! Right when I walked in I saw that the restaurant was super clean. I got the chicken Adobe whichwas delicious and flavorful. All of the toppings in my burrito bowl tasted very fresh. I love that chips and salsa are included,and on Mondays a drink is included as well! I will be coming back soon! Read more
When I walked into the store I was pleasantly greeted with a "Welcome to Moe's!" By several staff. It was cleaner than I had... seen it in the past, and all of the workers had a smile on their face. I'm not sure if the store is under new management, but Iam sure that this encounter was different than the ones I have experienced in the past. The food was fresh, the interactionswere great, my overall experience dining in this restaurant was substantially greater than before. I almost gave up on Moe'sbecause I have not had the best service here. But I can honestly say, my recent experience changed that, I would definitelyvisit again. Read more
I love eating here. Service is slow, because there's usually just one guy doing the majority of the work, but he's a great... employee (greets everyone with a smile). The guy should get a raise. Read more
