The chips were nicely seasoned and crisp. The salsa had an odd taste, almost sweet but mildly spicy. The fried chimi had a nice... texture and good flavor. The service was disappointing. Ordered a bowl of queso which was only half gone when we ran out ofchips. Took a very long time to get our server's attention to ask for more chips and a refill for one of our drinks. Got thedrink when our food was delivered but not the chips. Was not able to get her attention again to request the chips or refills onour other drinks. Read more

There used to be a branch of Don Ponchos in New Philadelphia, Ohio, where I live and it was my absolute all-time favorite... restaurant. I never had Mexican food as distinctive and delicious as this. I have been up to the Massillon location twice andwas not disappointed either time. The food is great, our server was super nice and had a bubbly personality. It was nice to havesuch great service. We will definitely be going back. We usually get the combination platter where you can choose three, four,or five items. But there are many other dishes that I would like to try. We also tried their nacho dips before and they wereexcellent. Read more

@ reviewer "Tara" Hon, I don't know what you're smoking. The food pictures you included looked fantastic, especially that... quesadilla. I'm drooling just looking at it. Pancho's, we love you. Now I'm reminded to come eat there, although I've moved toCanton and aren't down the street from you anymore. See you soon! August 2022 visit: We were delighted to see that we arrivedfor dinner on $1.99 margarita night, so we quickly ordered those for the table. Our server was new, and didn't realize when sheoffered us a choice of flavors, that those were NOT going to be $1.99 So that was one thing. Another thing - aside from cominghere to eat for many many years, is that the prices have gone into crazy-town. See photo of a quesadilla that I ordered. Itwas half-burnt, but that isn't as bad as the price. I'll have to come back and add a photo of my receipt, but I believe thatfour triangles of a cheese and (very scarce) chicken quesadilla shouldn't be $15.00. If it were gigantic, and stuffed with atleast a chicken breast's worth of meat...okay. But it was not. Thirdly, a bowl of the craveable queso was $7.99. Essentiallyeight dollars. That's crazy, no matter how delicious it is. Read more

Great little regional Tex Mex restaurant. Our waitress was on her second day and she was lovely. I am so sad I can't remember... her name. Was a little disappointed that Taco Tuesday only included ground beef and there were no vegetarian options exceptcheese, but all in all it was pretty good. Honestly, our favorite part was the chips and salsa because they had a specialseasoning and came out warm and crispy. Read more

Service was fantastic. Waitress was very nice person, excellent customer service! 5/5! Food was...... blad and boring. Tasted... like a frozen meal lacked any type of seasoning, even the basics of Tex-Mex cuisine. Queso tasted bland and gritty likepowdered cheese. For the price I'll pass. Read more

I was debating between a 1 and 2 star review for Panchos to be honest. I?m going to give it a two because our server was nice... and the food was edible. The food was not good for anyone in my family of 4. The chips that they bring out before your meal wereheavily seasoned and did not taste good. We ordered queso dip as an appetizer. It was probably the worst queso dip I?ve had. Ittasted like nacho cheese you?d get at a minor league baseball game only nastier. I had the enchiladas for my entree. (One beef, one cheese and one shredded chicken) Our server had asked if I wanted mild, medium or hot for the enchilada sauce. I was feelingboring today so I chose mild. When it came out, the enchiladas were covered in cheese and what looked/tasted like a brown gravysauce. (Look at the photos?) The rice that came with my meal was incredibly dry and lacked flavor. My husband got a quesadillaand it was one of the most unappealing quesadillas I have ever seen. He said that the flavor matched the appearance. Their foodis on the pricey side for this genre of food. We will be steering clear of panchos in the future. Read more

The service was good. However the food was not the beans and rice were luke warm and my ?fried? chimichanga was a wet and soggy... mess on my plate. Thankfully when my server saw that I was happy with my first choice she was happy to assist me in finding abetter selection. Read more
