I?ve dined in here in the past without issue, but fast forward to this evening (11/12/22) and my food hasn?t even arrived yet... has been marked as delivered. Nobody answered the phone though I called over 10 times, and I?m stuck on hold with customerservice right now to figure out what to do about a refund at least. I absolutely hate an incompetent management team, lack ofcommunication and poor customer service?all of which occurred tonight with this experience. Don?t waste your time orderingonline at least, unless you never want to receive your food. Otherwise, go ahead. Read more

I normally would get Panda Express way better scorer than this but the last two times I went to the Panda Express. I was so... disappointed The first time I got the two entrees and a side. They hardly put any rice in for my side and truly serious what Isay there was hardly any rice as my side. Then a few days ago I went and got just a bowl and they put I kid you not three piecesof actual orange chicken then there was a couple crumbs that were just a breading. We're so hard I couldn't even eat them. Ithought Panda Express is one of the best places to eat ever and now I've been let down. I'll probably never go again! I don'tthink they can make it right.... It was so nasty! I'm gluten free so I went with the teriyaki chicken and pho chicken. And the rice.... trash. So I went and... talked to the manager and told him something was off, so he gave me the broccoli chicken... that was worse!!! It was slimy andit tasted like doodoo. I had my cousin and my husband try it. They both said it was not good ans my husband threw away... andthat man eats everything but he threw that in the trash. Also no refund .... Read more

Mediocre food served by incompetent management. The management of the store expects customers and delivery drivers to stand in... the same line even though the order for the delivery has already been come in and filled. They need to come up with a bettersystem that is more efficient for both their dining customers and their online customers Read more

I will never eat at this location again! After being violently ill an hour after eating my food. I thought the chicken teriyaki... seemed off and unfortunately I was right. This use to be one of my favorite places to get quick food :( Edit: Both of us thatordered food now have food poisoning. Read more

Why place an online order when it?s missing an entire meal?? And the meal that is included is on its side, meaning half of it is... in the bottom of the bag. Call and ask for assistance? Food arrived late. Barely warm. No utensils, soy sauce or any other condiments that I specifically ordered. I called the store... and after the third try I got an answer. I was told to come back to the store for soy sauce and utensils. THIS WAS A DELIVERYORDER. I was also told they can?t do anything about the condition of the food. Then she said ?have a nice day? and hung up. Icalled again to get the name of the general manager, and no one would answer the phone. Yes, I called several times. Yes Iheated the food, and it was edible, but, I don?t know what this is that they call fried rice, but it is the worst excuse forfried rice I?ve ever tasted. Worst Chinese food ever. Never again.
