I will never step foot in that Pulp or any Pulp !!! Especially this specific one !!! Very Very very rude not helpful when I... simply asked if they could see if they had overcharged me ! The one worker straight said No because she didn?t ring me out ! The owner was also very rude so might want to watch out who runs and owns your franchise! I work for franchisees and they wouldnever speak to a customer that way nor would I since I work in customer service ! Horrible service and we also waited 25 minsfor two smoothies ! I could say a lot more but that experience really was very upsetting!! But what topped the cake was theowner Adam how dare he talk to me that way !!! You guys have really horrible rude people working for you and they never greetedanyone that came in !! If I could give it a negative rating I would !! Adam was positively the worst person I have ever talkedto in management I myself have been in management for over 10 years and I have never spoken to a customer that way ! Read more
Smoothie was great but my complaint is this. The young lady who had on the grey oversized sweat shirt and something on that was... supposed to be shorts , I was totally disgusted by your work attire! When you bent over the back cooler to scoop sorbet yourbusiness was showing to everyone on the other side of the counter! Everyone else working was dressed the way they should ofbeen. Smoothies and products always taste great. The reason I gave two stars is because the staff is really slow. It doesn?t seem like... their fault although. It?s all minors that work there and I have not seen an adult one time since i?ve been in there. My sisterhas gone and asked for a manager multiple times and always gets the answer that ?they aren?t here right now?. Is there ever anadult here? The staff seems super stressed and overworked. While the staff were awesome and the food was great. It?s disappointing to find out I supported a business that thinks they can... restrict your god given rights. I hope the business considers changing this craziness, it doesn?t really matter as free menwould never follow this anyways. Read more
Here's the problem: someone decided to cram two businesses onto a small parcel of land at a busy intersection. There's not... even a need to wait for the punchline. Anyone - even city planners - should have foreseen the inevitable. Maybe they did, andhave a good laugh every time they think of people trying to use these businesses. The parking lot and driveway are very smalland narrow, so you often have "face-offs", where a driver going one way is faced with a car going the other way and there is NOTroom for both to go beside each other. See photo. Add to the comedy an actual drive-through for one of the businesses. In aphoto I included, you can see a delivery truck (clearly an occasional necessity) blocking an entire lane from street todrivethrough. Yep, THAT'S the day I decided to make my first-time visit to this juice/smoothie bar to get a just-operated ondaughter something she could drink and keep down that would presumably be 'healthy'. Never again, and I mean N-E-V-E-R. Otherthan the supreme frustration of trying to actually park and go into this business, the staff is slow. Yes - the location isnew, but if it is open, everyone should be trained and ready to go. The only reason for the three stars is the product. Theprice and inconvenience are why two stars are missing. Smoothies are always good, BUT we went after 8 once and the the person making smoothies said they were out of orange juice.. no... problem I substitute it with Apple juice. Then the person who said that walks away from us and turns around and does this weirdtwerking dance while holding the counter? (Very strange yet oddly hilarious) then I look over and there?s a full bin of oranges.Don?t lie because you don?t want to clean the machine. Read more
