*DO NOT EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE* Absolutely terrible. I did not order a lot of food and it took over 2 hours. I called... once and was told the food was going out the door. I called again and another worker told me that my pizza was just being put inthe oven. Absolute terrible customer service. I told them don?t even worry about delivering it and I?m just going to pick it upmyself. Went to go pick it up and it still was not ready. I will never buy pizza from here again. Read more
Loved the pizza but service was ridiculous. Was told delivery would take 45 min. To an hour. I called after an hour and a half... and was put on hold. 15 min. On hold, hung up and called back and was told there was one delivery ahead of our then it would goout. The girl on the phone actually laughed and said sorry. I told her to cancel my order. Was put on hold again then was toldit was on the way. Received 2 hours after order. Pizza was good but will not deal with their customer service. Read more
Love there sauce for pizza its my favorite. Its a tiny place but enough room for them to do what needs to be done to get pizza... made. The prices are definitely way better than dominos any day. Great pizza place over all. Give them a try. Read more
Had recently found what would immediately become 1 of my new favorite pizza choices of all time, but alas just a few mos after... discovering it, it is gone off their menu. The Great Potato Bacon Ranch Pizza! It was SO good! I'm sad. BooHooHoo. Other"normal" pizzas are great too, but Romeo's has a much sweeter sauce than most pizza places do... First off I haven?t ordered Romeo?s in about a year. Did they change their crust?? I always thought their sauce and crust were... the things that set them above every pizza place. It was worth the money just for that, but this monstrosity I just ate tastedlike a store bought pizza crust. Pretty disappointed. Read more
There is NO way this is award winning pizza. The pizza is flavorless, lacks toppings, super doughy, and the Anitpasto Salad was... filled with nothing but rotten white lettuce. See the picture below. Door Dash delivered us the wrong persons order and refused to help Romeos fix the situation. The GM at Romeos called me... personally, remade our order and offered to deliver it to us. He also credited our account. Door Dash is Horrible but Romeos isAwesome!! Great service and great food! Read more
