So I just tried to go through the drive thru and was told they take their last customer at 9:45 and I looked at my phone and... said oh it?s 9:45 now and she said yeah but we are closed. I?ve never heard of that from a sonic and I?ve been to ones beforeand pulled in for just drinks around the same time before. I wasn?t even asked what I wanted, which was only a slushie and sonicblast. I just don?t think that?s good customer service. If that?s the norm then it shouldn?t say on your website and your hourson google that you?re open until 10. Read more
Love this place. We make a special trip from Orrville OH to North Canton OH just for the food. Even with employee shortage the... employees are still helpful and cheerful. Hats off to North Canton Sonic?? Read more
The chophouse burger was flavorful and well-put-together without being soggy, the tots were perfectly salty and the churro shake... was thick without being undrinkable (great taste as well!)...I was stuffed after eating everything and never felt thatI-just-ate-too-much-fast-food feeling. Sadly, they've gone downhill. Cheeseburger tasted microwaved. Most of the food was room temperature or just cold. Fries were... soggy and cold. Tater tots were super salty and cold. Likely won't return to this location. May try another Read more
Ordered 4 drinks, one was supposed to be diet. They didn?t even bother to mark or ?push the bubble? to distinguish the... difference. When we asked which was which, they point blank said, ?I don?t know, it?s in there somewhere? The burgers were coldand had no real flavor. Could only taste the onions and pickles on the burgers. I only got a drink thru the drive thru but one of the best cherry limeaides I've ever had! Any time I'm close to a Sonic I make... my family stop as I love their drinks & don't live very close to any! (This one is the closest I know of & an hour away)& I willdefinitely stop at this one again any time near! Also hit this one at Happy Hour which was even better!...got my drink at 1/2off???? Read more
