they are rude and unprofessional. i?ve seen them laughing and just in general not caring late at night while i wait 20+ minutes... in the drive through. dining room doors close way too early. missing items on a regular basis. this should tell you everythingyou need to know! there?s a better taco bell by the mall, go to that one! This is for the Hartville OH location. It's terrible. Every visit the food has been awful. I've had to get food remade several... times. Only contiue to go bc my son loves their food. I've waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru line just to have to back infor my food to be remade. It's definitely not fast food..as they are quite slow. They really need to have a team meeting &figure out their flaws. Read more
This location is usually really good. They are open late and actually have great service. The food is great here with almost no... incidents in the last year. I go there at least three times a month or more. The only problem is lately they seem to be takingone order at a time and making each person wait till the other is almost served. I'm not sure if this is just their way ofhaving a better service time in their system but its aggravating waiting two minutes between cars. Read more
Have had multiple bad experiences at this Taco Bell but this one is probably the most frustrating. Attempted to use my free... Mexican Pizza promotion which requires the use of the mobile app. So i ordered from home and chose that i was coming immediatelyfor dine in. Got there to find a 10 car deep line of cars in the drive thru and also found the dining room doors were locked. Ihad no interest in waiting so i called to cancel my order and they said "we don't do that". Left a message with Taco Bellcorporate and just ended up leaving. There were no warnings or messages stating that the dining room was closed. I've found mosttimes I've come here the staff is rude and the quality is poor. It took them to the store basically falling apart before theyeven remodeled it. I normally go to Belden Village Avenue and i plan to just continue that way. This location is not worth yourtime. What a joke. I show up to Taco Bell after paying for my families food in the app and the drive thru is closed. So I pull over,... get my kid out of the car, and go to the restaurant in the rain, only to find the door locked too. I get my kid back in the carand call the restaurant just to be told that I had to cancel my own order because the employee was alone and didn?t want to makeany food right now. What a joke. So now I have to wait 2-3 days to get my money back through a refund and I have no food for meor my kid. Do better Read more
