Shouldn?t even get a 1-star review. My wedding crew tried to get drinks here but due to one of our friends (28yrs old) being... from out of state they wouldn?t serve here. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! They wouldn?t even scan the ID to prove it was real?..Very disappointing. Read more

Update: Lately, there has not been enough staff. We regularly wait over an hour for food. Last night? Might have been the... worst. And hour and 10 minutes for a side order of tater tots. A SIDE ORDER OF TATER TOTS. When they arrived, they weren'teven room temperature. I asked (15 mins later, when we got our server's attention) for fresh tots. Guess what? I got the sametots back after they'd been re-cooked in the oil. Breaking a tater tot open should reveal pillowy diced potatoes. Not a grayoily mess. :( :( Summer 2022: We've been enjoying Sporcle/Stump trivia at The Basement for a few months now. Every menu itemthat we've tried has been good! It's a b-i-g menu, which is appreciated. When you visit a place every week, it's important tohave choices so you don't get tired of the menu. Try the burnt cheese foldovers, whether you're on a keto diet or not! Thepizzas are inventive and delicious, and the phillies seem to be their best seller. If you don't like hot pepper relish, be SUREto ask for it to be either not there or on the side. The service is good (and friendly) and there's strong competition forthose trivia prizes. Ordered delivery via Uber Eats with a delivery time of roughly 5 minutes after the order was picked up. The food quality was... extremely poor. Buffalo chicken nachos was a box of old stale tortilla chips with cubed chicken sprinkled on top; no pico, fetacheese, buffalo sauce, or white queso. Only the dry chicken cubes were edible, just had to throw the chips away. Ultimate Reubenwas only slightly better: barely a paper thin layer of sauerkraut in a couple places on the sandwich, no thousand islanddressing, and as per the picture just a tiny slice of swiss cheese that didn't cover half the sandwich. as a 3rd party delivery driver, this place is terrible. orders are almost never ready at the time they are due. 10 minutes... average to get someone to ask me if i need anything, and then if you?re lucky the order is typically 10-20 minutes past expectedtime. if you?re a regular customer, idk, the place seems popular, maybe it?ll be great for you. My husband and I went in for an early dinner on Friday night. They weren?t too busy. I had Pulled Pork nachos?they were much... better than expected. He had a a Patty Melt that he liked.
