This place is amazing. I came here for the awesome churros for a few years (it helps that the family has El Pueblo a few doors... down so you can get great tacos as well in the same trip). I would tell everyone visiting the Cape May area to stop through aswell, and I haven't had a single person who visited NOT tell me how much they loved it. I ended up getting married in Cape Mayin September 2022. We never wanted a wedding cake, because like... nobody actually wants to eat them and they're ridiculouslyexpensive. We approached Jehovanny, the owner/manager at Antojos, about catering our wedding. They ended up coming through withan order for 400 churros, Dulce de Leche, the works. The entire process was super easy, and the guests all loved the churros! Ican't recommend Antojos enough, whether to just stop in for a sweet treat or to cater an event. Read more
The ice cream and the churros are awesome and the employees were friendly but the last five times I went there the place was... closed and according to the business hours it was suppose to be open. I even called to find out if they were open and not waistmy gas like I did and they didn't even answer the phone. Unfortunately this is the reason why I gave them 1 ?. Just an advised,they should answer the phone or leave a message in the answering machine letting customers know that they are closed. Read more
Hands down the BEST place!! The acai bowl with extra banana no mango, and churros with toasted coconut ice cream....I dream... about it. I'm totally feeling it right now but its Sunday :( so I felt the need to write a review about how BOMB this place is???? and the guy that runs it is awesome! We stopped here a couple of times during our stay in Cape May. We loved everything we got. Check them out!
While there's a relative limited selection of ice cream flavors, what we tried (5 flavors) were all very good. The "peanut... butter pie" was popular with all three of us in the family. In addition to the ice cream, which is my personal focus, Antojosalso offers crepes, churros, Mexican fruit popsicles, and smoothies. My wife and son enjoyed the warm churros quite a bit, andwe already know the brand of popsicles on offer, and we'll enjoy those later today. Additionally, the owner seems like a verynice guy. It's obvious from the vibe in the shop. Well worth a visit when you're looking for dessert or a snack. Update: wentback for more. The strawberry and chocolate were both very good, and the vanilla was solid. The cookies and cream was good, butnot as good as done others we've had. Read more
The spot is nicely decorated and Smells great. I always love to get the churros with the ice cream. My girls always get excited... when I mention Antojos. Great local ice cream spot. Read more
