I was in town and wanted some Jamaican food and we went with this location due to the reviews. They were right.. the oxtail was... delicious as were the greens! The food is great. But when spending my money i want food and customer service to be great. The lady who took my order on 8/5/22... around 6ish had a bad attitude. I froze in shocked how she spoke to me. But she must've caught herself and realized she neededto tone herself down. Shame can't really complain on rude behavior anymore due to lack of workers. Very satisfied. Everything was hot and fresh. My only small complaint is the cashier had a lil attitude that brought the energy... of the restaurant down...otherwise Food was superb. I had the jerk chicken plate and wife had the oxtails plate. Will be back! Read more
Delicious and satisfying meal for your soul that you can pickup in a hurry. This place is a gem. You'll have the same wait and... similar price point as a fast food place without it being processed junk. I absolutely love the oxtails so that's what I ordermost often but I've tried other dishes too (jerk pork and brown stew chicken are my others go-tos) so you honestly can't gowrong. The food is awesome, and I really appreciate the time they spent preparing the food. The sizes of the containers have changed,... and the amount has not been added to the portions of food in the containers. I get less food now for more money. That's notgood. I did question the sizes of the containers, and they said nothing. That's not great customer service. Read more
