Every time I visit a new city and I'm driving through their neighborhoods, I make an effort to spot different cultural shops,... stores or restaurants and this little Mexican Carniceria was quite surprising. I was expecting to find your typical taqueria inthe back of the store, but I was excited to find that they also sold raspados! I was super excited because ever since I movedout of LA and to Atlanta, I have not been able to have a raspado in many years. It was really good and it reminded me of home, but I was a bit disappointed when they didn't have any vanilla flavor and had to get a half coco and half strawberry. They alsoprovided the "La Lechera" brown drizzle instead of the original "Carnation" white condensed milk, but in all, it wasgood. Lastly, I did order a chicharron quesadilla, but the chicharron was a bit soft, instead of crispy, but overall it had agood flavor and it was huge! So I highly suggested come with an empty stomach. OUT of all the things about this store for one it is way over priced as something simple as a cucumber. Second of all we got a... Roastery Chicken from them (after a long day) only to get home & have a rotten chicken at our dinner table. We went back thenext day and explained the situation. With let alone a very unsatisfactory response. They?re wasn?t an apology let alone arefund giving at all. Very disappointed. Don?t recommend employees are very rude as well. Read more
