Worst CFA I?ve been to. You can tell the management is not what it should be. Lines inside, outside, and mobile orders lined... outside waiting for food. Employees are leisurely rummaging around, holding conversations and ignoring the line of cars,people, and orders. Huge CFA fan, never have seen a CFA restaurant so out of sorts until today. Read more

Rude employees. Unstocked bathroom. Our Cobb salad didn?t have any eggs in it as advertised. The chicken in our salads was... tough. We ordered a coffee and it came lukewarm. After requesting another one, they handed us another lukewarm cup. All togetherthis was an extremely disappointing visit to CFA. Read more
Sorry CFA but a review is a review. We placed an order to pick up on the drive through ahead of time. The drive through line... moved insanely slow. When we were closer to the girl taking orders outside, there were two other male employees hanging outright in the entrance to the store obviously harassing her. She was very short with us and didn't make eye contact. Didn'trepeat our order back. We then sat for another 20 minutes before we got to the pickup window. They were no more pleasant thereeither. We waited in the drive through for about 45 minutes total. To their credit, we did have a nice visit here a few monthsbefore. Read more
This is one of the worst experiences ever at Chik-fil-A. The line moved extremely slow and there were 10 people in the prep area... with the food. We waited over 10 minutes for chicken strips and grilled nuggets. It was ridiculous. The worst service ever!Absolutely the worst. Joshua the manager tried to rectify the situation but it was beyond repair. Please retrain everyone oncustomer service and timelines of getting orders out. It?s called Fast Food for a reason. Ok experience. Fries were not whole. Looked like I got the scraps at the end. Place was clean.
The food was fresh. Tables were clean.The staff was polite and they didn't partially fill the container of fries like I've... experienced at other locations. This is my official spot to bring family and friends. Read more
