Came to pi kup my delivery and it was waiting for me. Didn't e en have to wait. Called the name just as I walked in the door.

worst ever.. i've ordered here a few times. I work in the mall so I always order ahead for a pick up. Two times i've had to wait... over 25 minutes for something as simple as a spicy chicken sandwich or a salad. We get 30 minute breaks and I waste over 25waiting dispite the fact that I ordered ahead of time. I don't recommend ordering here if you're in a rush or time crunch. OrderONLY if you have time to waste. Not wasting my time or money here again. Read more

Best food ever all ways busy but the staff get your food out fast and fresh with laughter and sweet smiles

Wanted to meet my wife there for lunch. Got there early had to use restroom was told I couldn't until we ordered and had receipt... . So I had to walk thru mall to food court and we just ate there. Fyi this is a violation of SC state laws which state that anyrestroom that is in a are accessible to the public has to be available to the public. ordered at 9:05 am left drive thru at 927 am. Ordered large drink got medium. Asked for ketchup not in bag. Claimed a computer... glitch but everyone around me came and went. Gave me a free brownie I guess that's suppose to make up for the inconvenience.Wasn't cause I don't like brownies. Not impressed. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today was my last day ordering at this location and the only reason that I went is because my... boyfriend had a free chicken sandwich from the last time that we went and the service was horrible. For whatever reason, Mariahas a nasty attitude. I don?t know if she?s a manager or not what but she?s never pleasant. The first time we went we orderedour food and we literally waited 20 minutes plus as they served people that ordered after us. Then today, she decided to callthe young man that?s the cashier named Aaron to start helping with orders when she realized that we was there when he LITERALLYjust finished ringing someone up and he even asked if he could ring us up and she said ?no! This restaurant used to be good, but they are unable to keep up with supply and demand of condiments and beverages and the staff... (from those in training all the way up to director) is no longer well trained and as friendly as Chickfila standards expect. Iwas even lied to and told they did not have mustard and found out they actually did have it and were just too lazy to go lookfor it when I went back to ask for a refund because I lost my appetite when we discovered course black hair in the food (we havefine blonde hair so it def wasnt ours). I had to plead for the refund because the director on duty thought remaking the foodshould resolve the problem-whatever happened to the "surprise and delight"motto? I think it would apply even more when acustomer has a problem. Absolutely the worst Chickfila experience I've ever had. I would have been better off choosing BurgerKing. Read more
