7 tables in the place on a Tuesday evening around 6PM. Server was attentive, but my medium sirloin was more than well done and... when I brought it to her attention all I got was an "I'm sorry." Was going to eat it anyways due to time factors, but it wouldhave been great if a manager would have known about it, and/or stopped by the table and checked on us. So many choices in diningand with just 7 tables in the whole dining room one would think a table visit would be SOP. Read more

Our first visit to this Chili's. The restaurant only had a few customers when we arrived. We waited several minutes to be... seated. I noticed the restaurant has a strong smell that is similar to bathroom spray. It's not a pleasant smell, but a coverup for another smell. Once seated at our table, I noticed the wall and window had food splatter in several places. There wasalso mold on the wall by the window. There is also a loud fan sound where we sat that is irritating after awhile. Our waitresswas sweet, took care of us, and our food came out quickly. The food was good as well. I just felt a little uneasy abouteating there based on the unpleasant smell and the splatters around the wall and window. This worried me as to what the kitchenmay look like. Thankfully, we had no stomach issues, our waitress was nice, and the food was good, so I am giving it threestars. Read more

I was very pleased with our visit! Food was of great quality and the service was exceptional for what looked to be the normal... understaffed problem every restaurant has nowadays. The manager was even helping out with serving tables, everything felt prettyefficient. The eating area was clean and well maintained as well, overall a positive experience. Read more

After traveling all day I need to get some work done on my laptop, I asked the host if I could have a table by an electrical... outlet, I was told that none of the tables are near outlets and that what outlets they do have are for their POS systems. Howare business travelers supposed to get work done while they enjoy a nice dinner and a drink? Definitely not at the spot, back tothe hotel with my money I go. Read more

The atmosphere was nice & comfortable, and appeared clean. Our server was very polite & good at the job. Our major issue was... that 1. Everything was much more expensive than it should have been, & 2. EVERYTHING we ordered (me & my friend) tasted like anentire container of salt had been poured on it! My friend also said her salsa was super-spicy. As someone who normally doesn?tcare for a lot of salt but also has heart issues, that amount of salt not only tasted bad, but will put me into heart failure!As an RN for numerous years, I know that eating that much salt is VERY bad for your health. It will raise one?s blood pressuredramatically, possibly causing a stroke, cause pulmonary edema, & will lead to severe shortness of breath! I had to take extradiuretics when I got home to get rid of the extra fluid retained from all of the added salt! In addition, the extra salt madethe food taste bad. I?ve eaten at another Chili?s before, & never had this problem. I want to actually taste my food, NOTsalt!!! I will NOT go back, unless it is simply for a dessert or a drink. Read more

Ordering and paying online (tip included) was easy, and pick up time was fast. My order was brought to my car within the time... frame given over text message. Overall a good pick up experience. However? It was an awful eating experience. For $40, wereceived two very sub-par meals. The Buffalo chicken salad was a sad sight of thin plain fried chicken breast slapped on top ofbagged grocery store salad. The steak fajita was by far the worst decision. You know the meat quality is bottom of the barrelwhen the same piece of meat is simultaneously soggy, chewy, overcooked, AND undercooked. If a professional kitchen knife can?tcut all the way through the steak, how would my teeth cut through it while loaded with other things on a flour tortilla? Theblack beans were fine, but the rice was awful minute-rice garbage, and a tiny spoonful portion to boot. Perhaps dine-in wouldhave yielded a better experience, and if not, I could have at least sent it back. Read more

It was good, little more work on hospitality and it would be great. The food was tasty enough. My husband had a burger and I had... the steak fajitas which was full of flavor. It wasn?t a busy time, so we got right in and that was a plus. Read more

My steak was well done when I asked for medium well, the bacon on the mashed potatoes were old and there was barely anyone to... check on us and find out if we needed anything else . We didn?t receive silverware or napkins until we got to the main course aswell . Not coming back here . And if I could give less stars I would. Read more
