It say they close at 8 but went at 7:30 and was already close, so sad is the only thing we have around here, to me dunkis is the... worst, I wish we have Tim Hurtons down here trust me you will never go back to dunkins and they close late, This store alsostink and that smell is what the donuts taste like. Went to this location this morning. Ordered two coffees in the drive thru. When we got to the window, our order was there in the... window and ready. Instead of greeting us and saying hello, the girl was talking to another employee and after that, proceeded tostock straws. Finally, after her still not speaking to us at this point, we told her we needed to add something else to theorder. She told us she was sorry she couldn?t do that. When we asked since when, she just rolled her eyes and walked off. Shewas very rude. No greeting when we got there and no bye or thanks for coming when we drove off. She acted like us being therewas an inconvenience to her. She has dark hair in pig tails and a nose ring. We go to this location quite frequently becauseit?s close to our house. Not anymore. We?ll be going to the location on Rivers Avenue from now on. It?s obvious this one doesn?twant our business. Also, just want to add that we went inside to order the extra item, asked to speak to a manager and was toldthere wasn?t one. Whoever owns this location might want to rethink that based on the way the employees are treating yourcustomers. Read more
Friendly staff. Other customer grabbed our bag of food (ordered from app), and the customer who took our food was really rude.... When this happens, the staff offered to re-make our order and was patient with all of it. Challenging situation but appreciatedthe attentiveness. Read more

We are a group on a large bus and We were trying to purchase 6 dozen donuts on Wednesday 9/29/22 @1 pm, so I stopped by a store... at 9155 University Blvd North Charleston, SC 29406 United States But they had the doors locked and no notes on the door to saya reason for closing the door and the staff had no decency to come talk to me at the door and they kept yelling and showing meaway so I walked over to the drive through window to find out how to get my order but they were talking VERY RUDE and treatingme like a homeless man asking for a hand-out and told me to walk with the cars till I get to the speakers to make my order andfollow the cars to the window for pickup. Where is the brain? How are those people thinking and if a person gets run over itwould be their liability. We are a large group from Florida and we are on a tour in South Carolina and we are extremelydisappointed at how the staff is treating customers . Read more
