Even though there were only a couple of servers who also worked the hostess stand, they handled the crowd very well. We waited a... couple of minutes to be seated, and after that we were served very quickly. The servers there do a great job of managing thefood flow. Our order came out quick and correct. My husband waited at the hostess stand for about 5 minutes before we were greeted. We waited for 45 minutes for our food and it... was never delivered. No one stopped by our table to apologize. We finally left and went elsewhere. They were not very busy atthe time. Read more
The place was crowded but service was great. Our waitress was Top Notch!
So walked in, was not greeted. Was seen by several staff and ignored for a good 25 whilst she cleaned a table 3 down at a snails... pace. Now I know why they need employees and have 0 customers. Food was good. Our particular server was great. However they continue to have staffing issues. Heard a couple of different... patrons complaining about wait time and then a server got into a shouting match with another customer who was unhappy about thewait time. Server then proceeded to shout to the kitchen to cancel his order and he left. Then we had to sit and listen for thenext 10-15 minutes as she LOUDLY ranted with multiple profanities in the kitchen about the exchange. Not sure where the managerwas in all this. honestly should have looked at reviews b4 coming. the biggest issue is that my apple sauce has been contaminated/ has an open... slit in container. I didn?t even order apple sauce; I ORDERED FRUIT! I also asked for no strawberry syrup on French toast, whichwe can see, didn?t happen? crispy hash browns came out burnt. this hole order & experience shows a lack of care and qualitycontrol at this establishment. will not return, EVER! my friend said the pancakes & turkey sausages was good so at they havethat going for them. My parents and I came in today to eat lunch. We're from out of state but this was by far the best service we have ever had in... any restaurant. Antonio was not only our host, but also our server AND our cook. He was so attentive despite being the onlyworker in the store. The food all came out in good time and no mistakes. AMAZING service.
