Food was ok. Service was slow, only came to table to take order and deliver food. Appetizers were delivered with meal. I had to... get up and ask for a box and check. Was instructed by signs to pay server. Was unable to do that versus she never came by. WhenI got up to to go to counter to pay, it took several minutes for her to get change l. NOT impressed. Will not be returning. Youcan easily do better than this. Read more

Showed up with a party of 8 at around 8 or 8:30. Everyone ordered drink and they came without issue. Ordered food and this... seemed to show how much the waitress didn?t want to be there. Everyone got their food but one person. After about 5-10 minuteswe were trying to get the attention of at first the waitress but then anyone who could help. Finally I walked over after about15-20 minutes and asked about the food. The waitress said she will check and got up where she was sitting and surfing her phone.By the time I got to the table she had the food already. The food was sitting in the kitchen while she was sitting on her phone.The pancakes were not good and the waffles were dry. Not much good except the knowledge of never eating there again. Read more

The service was fine. The food was good. However, the Manager allowed a young woman to curse and scream profanities so the whole... restaurant could hear her. She kept screaming about roaches. She took her food, then came back to complain about her food, allthe while screaming profanities....then she turned her attention to me because I was complaining about her and that he shouldremove her from the premises or call the police. She called me every name in the book!!! The manager did absolutely nothing!!!Didn't kick her out, call the police, NOTHING.!!! When I expressed my concern about walking out to the parking lot he statedthat he would walk me out AND THEN DECIDED TO DISAPPEAR! When my bill came, I noticed I was charged $33.25 for someone else'sfood. It hit my debit card immediately. The ticket they brought me to pay was the correct ticket so I put my debit card on topof it. Then when the actual bill came for me to sign, it was the wrong one. They printed the correct bill and it hit my debitcard immediately. Now I am out $54, instead of $20! No offer of ufree food next time I come, no offer of refund for the food Idid buy. NOTHING!!!! The French toast was good. I think there was a bit too much Strawberry juice (it tasted a little artificial) but the actual... Strawberries and bananas were good. The Swedish Crepes were really really disappointing. I think half the joy of a crepe isgetting it already put together, but it was just meh. The waitress was really nice! Anyways, go for the breakfast stuff andskip the crepes, get those from a specialty place. (My friend got eggs and such too. I think she liked it. The place was a little dark and not well lit. All new parties of guests were crammed in the same section, when the rest of the... restaurant was empty. The waffles were okay, the chicken nuggets too hard, the protein pancakes a little dry. There wasn't theusual choice of syrups on the table, and when I inquired about it, I was asked to choose one flavor. The bottle dispenser thatwas brought to me was broken. I was recently fortunate enough to dine in a local restaurant, IHOP, located right beside Cracker Barrel. The food was, as ... usual, very good. The pancakes were so fluffy a d filling that I almost didn't finish them. Topped with garden freshstrawberries, they were a that that even grandma couldn't top. What made the meal unforgettable, however, was the unsurpassableattention from both our server, Sonya Johnson, and the store manager Stacy Brown. Sonya was on our every need before even wewere, and made us feel as if she were welcoming us into her very home. She was the fastest thing on two feet, and I rememberother close-by diners remarking on her behalf at their tables also. One word: Great!!! The manager Stacey was so very nice tous, and so praising of his staff and even jumped in helping pour drinks back in the kitchen, which I could plainly see fromwhere we were eating.
