The customer service and attitude is terrible! Went to drive thru was trying to get thin crust the lady said they had no more... with huff and puff so we asked for reg pep and she walked off not letting us finish our order and we waited like 3 or 4 minutesshe did not come back we left. Used to be good place now they don't care. You go threw drive thru order then get pager have toget back in line when pager goes off by the time you get food it is cold. Read more
Extremely slow service mostly due to having only an elderly slow lady working the drive thru & front counter area at the same... time. She took my order & rang me up, then as soon as I paid by debit card, the register froze up. She became confused on how torefund it back as hard as she tried. Well a mgr. came up front to ensure her of the process, then disappeared in a flash.Unfortunately, the charges went through twice and cost us $100 for 4 pizzas. In the back of the house (kitchen area) there wasonly 1 man making & baking all the pizzas. It took 48 minutes to give me my order from the time I ordered the pizzas. I have 2*sdue to the lady and man we're doing their best. The drive thru was backed up 4 cars deep & the lobby area had 6 customerswaiting for their orders. I blame the mgr. I ordered from Doordash and they messed up my order and on top of that they gave us somebody else's order and that was lukewarm... and crust was hard as a rock very very disappointed with them. I made my order around 8pm the pizza was made around 1pm and theysent it out they should get shut down Read more
I love this place, but unfortunately they've jacked up their prices over Domino's (which is just around the corner) and has... given me half cooked pizzas the last 2 times that I was there... Read more
Ordered a round stuff crust pizza with 2 toppings and they forgot to stuff the crust
In these crazy times, just two women were working at this store at the height of lunch rush and they were AMAZING. Not only for... showing up, not only for getting people served, but for having a great attitude about it all. We need more people recognizedlike this in our workforce. Every time I go there for pizza it's hard working people there getting the job done. I appreciate the customer service and... timely manner of professionalism I encounter there. I just want to take this time to acknowledge them all even the weakness iscover by the strength to help build each other up. Great job y'all please keep up the good work the best is yet to come!!!
